Carnations Florists Cardiff

I live 420 miles away, i called and told them i had sent a picture via messenger, which they seen of something i was wanting sent to relative down in wales, full service was good apart from i asked for a picture to be sent via messenger just so i know what was sent and how it looked. both requests were blanked and all i got back the next day was too busy at this time of year.How hard can it be to send a picture via messenger simply a click and send less than 20 seconds and done.So i had 2 arrangements sent without seeing what they had put together. all in I sent 3, one was with another florist in Aberdare and the result was stunning on the picture they sent back, just as busy as this shop but much more customer service.

Always excellent service from Carnations. On this occasion I called on Wednesday afternoon to order flowers to be delivered to my sister in Rumney for the following day, I asked if they could deliver as early as possible as my sister leaves for work at about 9.45. The girl I spoke with advised they would do their best as they would be busy due to funeral the next day. Bearing in mind this was late afternoon when I rang, my sister received her beautiful flowers a little after 9am the next day! Would certainly recommend Carnations, Anthony and his staff are great… thank you!

Antony made me a bouquet for a friend with unusual flowers. I was a walk in customer when they were very busy but he took the time to get it perfect and was extremely friendly. Stunning flowers for the money as always. Foolish to go anywhere else for flowers.

The best florist I know. They did all the flowers for my Mum's funeral & we had them from there again for my Dad's because the flowers are so fresh & good quality. They are beautifully presented & excellent value for money. The staff are extremely friendly & helpful and nothing is too much trouble. They are 100% reliable too.

Been using carnations for the past 15 years all I can say if you go elsewhere for flowers you need your head read the owner and staff are the nicest people you would ever wish to meet and the bouquets of flowers are absolutely wonderful
