Pole Sensations

Pole Sensations is an incredible studio that offers aerial hoop, aerial silks, pole fitness, pole silks and more. I have found my time there so fun and enjoyable. With the support of Yve, Jade and some of the other instructors, I am wowed by what by body can do and how much strength, balance and flexibility I have grown in the past year. They are very big on safety and comfort, ensuring that each training session matches the participant's level. The equipment is beautiful and high quality. I've participated in pole, pole silks, hoop and silks and have thoroughly enjoyed them all. It's worth the investment and I absolutely recommend this studio to anyone who is wanting to learn a very fun skill or expand their personal fitness.

We booked a beginners aerial hoop session for a friend's hen weekend. Our instructor Faye was amazing. She got us into positions that we could not have imagined. Each step was broken down and modelled. Very professional and everything was spotlessly clean. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute. Unfortunately we don't live nearby, but we are searching for a studio closer to home.

Such a wonderful inclusive and supportive studio. So glad to be a part of it ❤️❤️
