Arrow Specialised Transport

The drivers are rude and think they own the road. One threatened me this morning with the police because I wouldn't hand over my right of way. Poor terrifed kids in the van. He needs to grow up, Bully!

I have worked for Arrow Specialised Transport for over 12 years now and I've enjoyed working there and continue to. The Boss Jon is Great and calm and you can easily talk to him and Jane in the office is a lovely understanding person that actually talks to you like a person. I recommend working for Arrow, I'm not going anywhere.

Really rude drivers - in the queue for a coffee at a supermarket and an arrow driver just shoved to the front of the queue and went first. Based on that can't imagine the service is any good. Millions of transport options in Nottingham - avoid this one at all costs

These special needs buses park OVER THE CROSSING OUTSIDE MY SONS SPECIAL NEEDS SCHOOL IN BILBOROUGH. Therefore they are totally disrespectful to the disabled children getting or rather trying to get into school. While special needs schools spend time learning the children road safety you get these blind idiots making it unsafe for the child to get into and out of school and I will from now on be photographing these drivers from arrow that do and contacting the council with whom arrow have the contract with. Would you trust drivers who are too selfish to care about disabled children?. None of the council buses do this as they have respect for special needs, the arrow drivers even ignore complaints and I really pity the children on this arrow transport as obviously they are not respected by the staff. I remember when my son had to travel on these buses when he started school, always breaking down, thankfully he soon got on the decent well maintained council buses. One day soon there will be an accident outside oakfield school caused by these arrow drivers parking on the zebra crossing, obviously they all have bad eye sight and no respect for disabled or even any children as there are loads from other schools who use this crossing that these drivers block off Disrespectful company

First delivery yesterday cancelled 2 hours after due time. Second attempt today at 06.29 with only 5 mins notice. Parcel was damaged in two places.The driver was extremely rude and refused to allow time for us to sign for the parcel let alone the fact that it was damaged. All round a very unpleasant experience

Very arrogant driver in sutton area this morning.Sounding his horn at me and shaking his head for going into a lane he wasn't even wanting ?? Right lane to go round the roundabout I was taught 30 years ago! With kids in the minibus really needs to have bit more patience and compassion for fellas drivers. Clearly looking at reviews one employee late 50 or early 60s with a big attitude problem. Not good for your business.

With drivers that verbally abuse lone female drivers, whilst driving with no courtesy straight at them on the wrong side of the road, I'd think twice about using them! Foul and abusive language out of the window from the company vehicle does not send out a great advert for your business. 13/07/17 LK10 DWZ, Purple minibus, male driver poss early 60's. AVOID.

Whom ever was driving for this company on 4th November at 3.40pm down Nabbs Lane, has been reported to the police. He decided to overtake moving traffic on a very busy school road and then proceeded to cut Infront on me, forcing me to slam on my breaks with 2kids and a baby in the car.Given that this vehicle held children in it, I would be a very concerned for their well-being and I think their parents need to know.

Nice quiete site , never any issues , polite staff , good for dogs walks, children, events . I have been 3 times and it's a nice retreat for me and me doggies ..
