I arrived today with 18 palletts and have been made wait by the gate house staff.(gate 2)Now hear for over 3 hours.One 18 ton hgv has gone in the entrance plus 1 small van in the 3 hours I have spent looking at the gate up to press. Will update if more arrive(Gate House staff didn't radio or phone anyone when I arrived he just made me wait.I understand when companies are busy but you have had minimal hgvs and vans entering site.Still sat outside
