Pristine office and location . Helpful and courteous people! It helps the owner and most of the staff live on the island that is if you are looking to buy a home on St Marys island. The local knowledge is second to none! Pleasant experience. Dealt with Michael and Chris! I would recommend them to friends, families and foes. hahaha

This review is long overdue for Island Homes! It was a very difficult time when we bought our house, but the staff at Island Homes, were very professional and put our buying experience at ease, taking out the stress, nothing seemed too much trouble for them. Chris, Michael, Kelly, Jenny and anyone else I haven’t mentioned, bent over backwards to help us buy our forever home. They were always only a phone call away, there was always someone on hand to help us, we can’t thank them enough. We are so happy in our new home, but if we ever have to move again, we will use Island Homes. Highly recommended, thank you so much.

Photos and script agreed with Chris Dakin Friday AM. Posted on Rightmove by Island Homes about 3pm. By 5pm we had 4 high quality viewings of our property for the following afternoon. Chris Dakin very expertly conducted the viewings on our behalf.Sunday - day of rest.Monday AM we accepted a fabulous offer (above asking) from a lovely family. Currently waiting 20+ weeks for them to respond to simple management enquiries to progress a sale of a home, this is now going to require a new mortgage application, at worse rates. They are also the sole blocker in the chain at this point. They ignore all requests and are generally difficult to contact.

Above and beyond service!Chris, Michael, Jenny and Kelly have supported us throughout the whole EWS1 Form crisis. They have kept us updated and reassured they even kept an eye on our empty apartment and watered the plants! We cannot recommend them enough after their service, through what ended up being a very painful two years.
