Sausage rolls heated in microwave, unable to pasties in microwave tho

Stuff most of the time doesnt put atention for you. Most of the time i was asking for bacon and omelette and i receive sausage. Really dont understand why you do this job if u dont like it ...

Good coffee and the doughnut was superb.

Horrible place... very unfriendly staff and empty shelves.

First time visiting this Greggs and very poor experience! :(None of usual breakfast rolls available as hadn't had delivery - decided on a bacon & cheese wrap/turnover with a Latte.Now I thought there was only one there which was a good size hence my decision to go for it, however there was another thing quite a distance away from the other and I thought it was something completely different as it was tiny (kids size compared). My bag was placed on the counter and it looked to small for what I thought I had ordered so I looked back and to my surprise it was still sitting there!!!I explained the situation with a smile on my face and asked if any chance it could be swapped but NO can't do that unless i pay for another one and that one would have to go in the bin!!! Still in its bag and untouched by the customer not even opened the bag - can't put it back not allowed!!!To top it off it was stone cold and left a grease layer in my mouth!! :( Wish I had thrown it in the bin.Staff unfriendly, unhelpful and untrained in today's customer services - suggest they and the manager go on the 'give am a pickle' website and watch the videos by Bob Farrell and this was years ago!
