Bolton At Home are the best, they are there and always help.People have got to realize they may have a time slot for a job, the operative may be late as the previous job is more complex than was thought.This will mean yours will be later than scheduled, but they always endeavor to get to the customer.The individual needs to consider (the traffic, accidents on the roads, is it the School run, is there an emergency holding them back).I say this as a Tennant as where I live an e -scooter battery was being charged and started a fire.The fire brigade came and put it out.This happened while I had a wet room fitted. T he following day the police came and evacuated some blocks of flats, then they got the bomb squad out.Bolton At Home want you to live in an affordable property and will help the best way they can.Bolton At Home always have done their best for me.I have explained all health problems and difficulties I have , I have been been told if I have a problem they will try to help

This team were absolutely fantastic , they helped me all along the way .unfortunately the solicitors I employed were really bad and if it wasn't for this team I would have lost out on a lot of money .I cannot thank and praise this team enough . xx excellent team

Deserves 0 stars..boilers not working so called them in as it's -6 degrees outside..no hot water or heating...2 kids under 5 living here..not even bothered to drop if an electric heater.cant go anywhere as have to wait for them to turn up 48 hours laters and still waiting... pathetic service!

AVOID!!On going with the same excuses been waiting for a kitchen fitted since I moved in 10 yr ago my partner has been chasing it up over the last 2year. We've had an inspection and picked our kitchen yet had a text last week to state we are to be expecting another inspection in September to pick again due to change in kitchens. We've complained and going through complaints procedure given a £50 compensation for lack in communication which doesn't cover costs when having to take time off work quick to chase up any rent issues yet won't do the same when it comes to maintenance on their properties and phone operators are rude and hang up.

Absolutely ridiculous and atrocious behaviour and treatment towards customers. Reported 2 years ago that my windows and doors needed sealing properly as there is bad breezes coming from all of them yet still nothing has been done. Phoned again 3 weeks ago and told someone will come round for an inspection yet still waiting!! As an individual with a serious joint condition the cold has a significant impact on my mobility and as a result my ability to do day to day tasks along with my ability to attend work. They dont seem to care at all and constantly fob me off. They have made me ill because they cant complete much needed maintenance yet still expect me to pay rent on a property that is causing me to be in agony. Lets see what happens if I withhold rent payments. Sort this debacle out now or I will me going to both the press and MP! And that's a promise

Full of lies. Just want money. Wont do repairs. No interest in helping Tennants. Get abuse of staff and threats to evict. Laws mean nothing to Bolton at home

Bolton @ home team is very polite and professional however they can sometimes mix up your appointments according to yr repairs. Overall satisfied ..They did end up drenching my carpet whilst fixing the leak but alls good. The leak went through the ceiling and setted off the fire alarm but alls good. It's left my carpet very smelly as the plumber forgot to turn off the main stop tap b4 changing the pipes that were leaking so had water gushing everywhere in my bedroom but overall very satisfied ..NO COMPLAINTS

They can't even get right address had an enforcement officer card pushed through door which isn't for me i dont know anything about it was out at time and don't drive. I have anxiety disorder as it is and family problems.

How can six years pass and a tenant is not checked on.'His council tax was in arrears, but his rent was still being paid through housing benefit'.So as long as you get your money you don't give a ......Well there's one loop hole that could be stopped. Even if Government allows the direct collection of housing benefit, housing associations could put a process in place for an in person check after say 3mths.I assume 6 years of housing benefit will be paid back.It is so sad.In my thoughts.
