Worst place to live while studying. The expense of the rooms is nothing close to the standards of the living accommodation. Bad management and communication also. Cheap furniture and badly organised

İ stayed there 8 weeks. A lot of things didn't work in my room and kitchen. İ told and wrote many times that please fix them. They never fix them.İ left there 3 weeks ago but they haven't given my deposite (200 pound). İ have written a lot of times but they have never answered me.They work unethical.İ never recommend this place.İt is really rubbish.

As an international student new to UK, this is obviously the best student accommodation in Chester. Apart from its close proximity to every key places in chester, the management are top tier as they make you feel at home despite all conditions. I was able to make the best of friends here and I’m sure if I had to relive my time in chester, it would definitely be in Trinity Hall

I have enjoyed living here for my first year of uni and I am signing agin for my second. the rooms are clean and spacious with a site manager available when needed.

Great rooms. Own bathroom and mini fridge.

The place has been absolutely nice to stay at. I have always had help from site manager Alison who is a very nice lady. The kitchens being unclean is more of a student problem as it's every students responsibility to keep it clean, not the accomodation's fault. I found the place very flexible and happening to live at. A lot of fridges are available so thankfully even if I shared the kitchen with a lot of people, there was always space for my food. We have television as well in the kitchen if anyone wants. If we need any fixing the work is usually done in a week's time. Only there's no lift to reach the floors with baggage, so that is the only down side I can think of . The place is also near train station and right in front of bus interchange so very ideal location for pretty much everything.I like the laundry machines as well, never gave me problem unlike the other accomodation's stories I heard from my friends.

Absolutely awful year living here, would not recommend to anyone.On the day of my arrival (move-in date was given to to Trinity Hall via email weeks in advance) was met and shown to my room, that hadnt been touched since the previous tennants had moved out, the building manager then agreed with me it was unsanitary to move into these conditions and I had to get a hotel for myself and my partner (who had come to help me move in) for the night.A cleaner was arranged to come the following day to deep clean and The room was going to be ready by 1pm, it wasn't. The cleaner had cleaned the toilet and the sink.I was given a £50 amazon voucher for the inconvenience and the three hours it took me and my Partner to deep clean before moving my belongings in. (To remove all the dirt, human finger nail clippings, rubbish, etc) the floor needed mopping four times before your feet stopped sticking to it. The shower was one of the multiple things broken on move in and wasn't fixed for 2 months, i had nothing but cold water to wash with during that time.The communal kitchen area was also disgusting, I don’t know if I got unlucky with whom I shared with but the state of the kitchen/living room area was disgusting. You had to wear shoes to go in there or you leave needing to wash your feet. Along with there being no cupboard space available other than one small half cupboard above the microwave (that couldn’t be reached properly without a chair).You can hear absolutely everything through the walls to next door rooms (and the kitchen in my case) and the stairs up to my floor were so creaky you could hear anyone coming up and down from my room.Attempting to contact management was an absolute nightmare. I paid my rent for the year upfront and was highly dissapointed with the standards and the treatment as a Tennant at Trinity hall.Trinity and Cloud student homes also sent out an email back in april/may asking tennants to leave a positive review on google & we’d get 10£ in return...

The room I got is great, its a great size for the price and the location is perfect as you are right next to the bus station and city centre. There is a massive kitchen that has lots of storage for your needs.

Location is good, however, lack of communication regarding rental dates was poor from the start, bedroom was dirty, broken desk chair in bedroom, things always breaking or playing up in rooms. Very noisy, walls are so thin. It seems no effort was made to keep same student year groups/ages together. Kitchen/living area furrnishings were damaged and even though reported more than once, never got taken seriously, outside bins were not emptied for weeks due to a dispute with local council, laundry facilities were filthy, not suffiecient enough for number of residents and too expensive for what they were.Three different agency managers within seven months, ongoing very poor communication from them regarding any concerns, before lettings agent changed. Building staff very short staffed, unable to deal with daily issues. Security system in place was not effective, many doors to access flats did not lock and building company relied too heavily on students to cover shifts. Unable to adhere to contractual agreements, such as, duaration of time to replace a lost key card, you could be waiting two months+ having to rely on students to let you into your flat and bedroom or risk leaving your bedroom door on the latch when you're away. And then they will still try to charge you the full cost of a rerplacement key card that you didn't recieve within one week. I was here for three months when I gave good reasons to move out and terminate the contract. I was told that I couldn't move out as the room I occupied wasn't owned by either of the two companies and the landlord expects the contract to be met, even though things were not met on their side when it mattered for the student.The worst accommodation I stayed in during my three years at university. I strongly suggest not staying here.

Great en-suite rooms for a great price. Trinity Hall is in the perfect location, it is a 1 minute walk from town, a 2 minute walk from Northgate arena, a 15 minute walk from the train station and a 15 minute walk from Parkgate campus. Site manager, Dave, is lovely and very helpful. The premises is clean and very secure. Would defiantly recommend.
