Rang as the drains are completely blocked at the building where my cafe is, they said they would call back - nothing. Called 4 hours later, said they would call back, nothing. Called this morning (a Saturday as they did not attend on the Friday), office closed and all 3 mobile numbers they give on their answerphone message - turned off or straight to voicemail - cannot comment on their service as they never even attended.
