Tom and his team were thoroughly professional, knowledgeable, friendly and got on with the job at very reasonable rates. Covered everything with dust sheets beforehand, cleaned up really well to the point of vacuuming then mopping the floor on their way out.

We've used ACT damp proofing few years ago. And they've done an excellent job at competitive price. Professional, Friendly and Kind. Work done effeciently and of high standard. Unfortunately, damp came back due to gutter issues. Rang them as it's under warranty. Prompt response from the team. Another excellent service delivered.Highly recommended!

I would recommend ACT Damp Proofing to everyone..They were very clean and tidy which I was so surprised about as plaster dust goes everywhere and I hardly had any cleaning to do. I could just put everything back with only a bit of dusting.They knew what they were talking about and explained what they were doing..Thomas and Steve were really friendly and were very quick in replying to my messages..pricing was really good and they were very professional.I will be using them again for other jobs that I have around the house..Cant recommend enough.

Thomas arrived when he said he would and diagnosed the problem quickly. The quotation arrived quickly and seemed good value. The work was carried out efficiently and neatly, with water-damaged woodwork and plaster removed and replaced and new sealants etc applied. The team of people doing the work were polite and friendly and left everything clean and tidy. We were very pleased with the service and will recommend them to friends and family.
