Together Dental Basildon

Superb, my daughter (12) and son (15) was both seen and also both needed treatment. Pooja was extremely professional and done a brilliant job, very efficient, calm and friendly. Both my kids said how brilliant and quick she was - to also add they didn’t feel a thing when being numbed. Thank you!

I contemplated writing this review but ultimately decided to as I’m quite upset with how my appointment went.I went to this dentist this week for the first time to get some fillings done. I sat down to have some deep cleaning first and then the dentist told me that she was going to begin with the fillings but hadn’t yet number my gums, when I questioned this she said that they didn’t need to be numbed but then changed her mind, I’m assuming this was because she could see how nervous I was. She then did one without numbing as it was only a small filling. After this she moved to the other side where I needed a filling on the top and bottom, she injected the top of my gums and started working IMMEDIATELY. I COULD FEEL EVERYTHING!!!! Her grinding down my tooth. Throughout these fillings I had to ask her to stop about 6-10 times as the pain was unbearable. She started numbing different areas, sometimes not making me aware that she was about to stick a needle in my mouth, and then again would start immediately .. so the numbing hadn’t set in. I’ve never known a dentist to numb a patient and not wait for it to start working. I’ve also never been to a dentist appointment like this, I can only describe it as something out of a HORROR MOVIE. Also I didn’t even get passed a mirror after the appointment so I could see the work, the appointment felt very rushed and like they didn’t care about me as a patient. My whole jaw is still hurting now and I don’t think I will ever return to a dentist.Unfortunately I didn’t get the name of this dentist.. but I would just avoid the whole place.

Not going to include every issue I had here.But not a great experience.For example told me that cant take on anymore NHS patients. Then they told me if I go private they can get me in tomorrow..As for the service, I feel like they ripped me off.

Geo Matthew the Dentist and his assistant that I see today were fantastic, very caring. He Explained everything to me so I knew what was happening and when it was happening . I didn’t feel any pain at all. Thank you so much . Thank you

I was recommended to go to Together Dental a few years ago and I”m so glad I did. I was a nervous patient and very fearful. All of the dentist’s and hygienists that i’ve seen here over the years have great dentistry skills and an excellent bedside manner. All nursing and clerical staff are very efficient and have great customer service skills. Well done to all.

Waiting room was not a good experience as it was full of uncontrollably children eating quavers and throwing them all over the floor?? Sign on wall no eating and drinking wasn't taken any notice? But once in the safely of my dentist in the treatment room it was a great experience and was so happy even though I had to have impressions??

I am one of those people who are not over keen on Dentist's, Over the year's Iv'e tried a few, But none have compared to Dr Babak Bazargan at the Basildon surgery he has done quite a lot of work on me and I have had no problem's at all . He put's you at ease make's you feel secure and you do not feel a thing, He still has work to do on me and feel quite happy to go now not like with other Dentist's where I dreaded going. I never liked going to the dentist from bad experience in the past but can truly say from the front desk to the dentist there selfs have really got my confidence back up with how lovely and professional they all are can’t thank them enough for the help they have done and continue to do for me.

Who likes going to dentist. But Together Dental Basildon gave very good service,Mr Mathew's explained every thing that needed attention after extraction..clearly. and best of all very little pain.
