BC Cycles

I have used BC Cycles many times over the years and they have always been excellent. I popped in today with a few niggles with my carbon road bike and the guys were super friendly, super efficient and really reasonably priced. Highly recommended!

The friendliest bike shop in town!I've been going to see Mike and the gang at BC Cycles for almost a decade now and they have always been an incredible team. They helped me with my first bike build and i had that bike for 9 years until recently. They assisted me through each incarnation of the aptly named 'BEAST' and were always so enthusiastic to do so. It was an ancient frame that needed all sorts of weird sized parts but they never failed to source what it needed.Sadly that bike no longer exists after it got damaged beyond repair recently but Mike once again came through and sourced a fantastic single speed for me from Brick Lane Bikes. Super affordable too! Because of the generic sizing chart from BLB's we had an issue with the first size, so Mike promptly resolved the problem with kindness and reassurance! I picked up the new size today and i'm absolutely buzzing'.Once again, thank you Mike for the absolutely next level service and customer care.BIG up BC Cycles!

I was in desperate need of a new chain and cassette, Mike couldn't have been more helpful, informative and patient to a novice like myself. The cost was very reasonable also. It was my first visit and it won't be my last. So, for all your bicycle repairs and maintenance go to BC Cycles.

I picked up a few things for my bike a few weeks ago, and ended up not using all of them. They accepted a return and gave me a refund even though I didn’t have a receipt (but they had the BC cycles stickers still on).Excellent service and they have a great ‘community’ mindset, where they’ll do what they can to help and make you happy. I’ll definitely come here from now on than buy online when I can. Exemplary!(They also use Dojo for their payments (whom I work for) so extra brownie points!)

Fantastic bike shop with knowledgeable and passionate staff. Have bought a few bikes from there over the years and all have been good. Dropped three bikes round yesterday before going away and everything was sorted quickly and for a great price.
