I am incredibly impressed by the speed, efficiency and professionalism of the service I received from the Summertown Office of Penny & Sinclair. Everyone I dealt with, from Sylvia (who showed me the property and assisted with the paperwork) to those I met when I picked up the keys has been wonderful. Moving into a new property is a stressful process, but Sylvia and her colleagues made it as smooth as it possibly could be. Penny & Sinclair was managing my house in Oxford for short rental . In 6 month, I was charged a lot of cleaning fees and also my payment for them to manage the property. When I got my house back it was really dirty and disgusting. I sent photos to them and never got any response. I would not recommend them as they charge a lot but don't really look after your property.
