This is one of the very few dog groomers who responds to their voicemail, so they already had my vote. The groomer arrived on time, adhered to all covid safety rules and immediately engaged with my dog who is now passionately in love with her. She was able to make the experience really lovely for my anxious and somewhat intimidating akita, who now smells like a cloud and a meadow and a spring morning, which is a huge improvement, believe me. In short, kind and compassionate treatment of a scared dog, professional outcome, will definitely be a loyal customer from now on.
