Purchased porcelain and natural slate garden tiles. Fantastic product at a good price. The amount they advised was spot on. Great company. Great product. Great staff. Don’t need to go anywhere else. Local family company. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

Great people. Always accommodating and hannah gives great advice about what matches and what's good...I';m rubbish at these things. If you are looking for the cheapest then they are not the place but you don't want to cheap rubbish you want stuff for great value, and they have it.When I had a problem with the bath, (not there fault) I told them and there and then they sorted it for me, no quibbles. That is what I call service. I can trust them to look after me. if you want service and Quality then I have no hesitation in recommending these guys.

I gave this company the measurement of my bathroom wall to wall in both directions. They then worked out the quantity of vinyl to order. When the fitter laid it there was not enough vinyl to go into the doorway recess but he fitted it anyway which meant if we fitted a door bar there would be 7cm of carpet still showing inside the bathroom with the door closed. I contacted Hannah who said there is no way she would have ordered it wrong. I checked the measurements I gave her for the room size and they were correct. She still flatly refused to accept that she should have ordered enough to go into the door recess not ordered the exact measurement of the room. I asked if she could get a small piece to patch into the doorway (not ideal but to replace the whole piece would be expensive to get the fitter back but more importantly the vinyl had now been fitted underneath a bath, toilet and vanity unit which had a bar on the floor so the whole suite would have to be taken out). Hannah said there’s no way they could guarantee a pattern match as it’s cut off a big roll. I suggested that it was a joint responsibility now for us to come up with a solution and she said it was nothing to do with her!! I’m very unimpressed with her attitude and still believe that, as she was given the correct room size she should have known to allow for the door recesses, after all, she has been ordering vinyl for years so she tells me so surely she should question if I, who has only ever ordered two pieces of vinyl in my life, had measured into the door recesses not just wall to wall. . (No, I gave her the measurement of the room wall to wall as she asked for)We had already chosen all of the units, tiles and flooring for our next bathroom. Rest assured that we will no longer be using or recommending this company so will choose again elsewhere.

I have used this company on many occasions for floor tiles and bathrooms , the service is amazing all the staff very knowledgeable. It is lovely to use a family run business as opposed to a superstore and this company s prices are so competitive . Family run and very friendly. Hannah was a great person to deal with. Provided useful advice and recommended us some really good tiles (Pietra Ligure Grigio) which we purchased. Delivery was timely. Our tiler was complimentary about the tiles, good factory tolerances on their measurements and easy cut. Would recommend using multi choice tiles and bathroom.

Can't recommend this company enough. Excellent choice of tiles, reasonable prices and very helpful friendly service. Having had a very bad experience (understatement!) with my 1st 'tiler', the 2 brothers went out of their way to help put things right for me. Nothing was too much trouble. Brilliant service.
