AFTER READING THE REVIEW OF MRS COLLINS:I will not be calling at your station for petrol, as being a disabled person myself would need to flash my lights.Your staff clearly need training on Customer care, especially Customers with a disability! I am utterly appalled!

Staff need to learn about customer service... talking about customer as they are walking away.... people are not deaf... use this petrol station everyday but won't let that one person put me off using this petrol station

Wonderful staff and good selection of foods.

Zero stars for this place would be better. Visited and the member of staff was shouting out quite aggressively you can't come in here without a mask to another customer coming through the door. Customer said exempt for medical reasons, she asked for medical card???? Told him he couldn't come in. Sorry but this is not acceptable as you are potentially leaving yourselves open to descrimination. I was wearing a mask but there is NO need at all to humiliate your customers coming through your door. I for one will not visit again after seeing this behaviour!

Pretty handy petrol station that I use whenever I drop a van back off to shire link, I've never had a bad experience there.

My husband who is disabled has just been for petrol after putting his own petrol in he flashed his lights as it says to do so if you are disabledIf he had got his walking frame out of the car and walked into pay it would have taken him about 20 minutesA women came out and said “I’m not happy coming out on a night like this and people like you should be in a home”Absolutely disgustingIf the co op on Halifax road Huddersfield don’t need the custom of the disabled they should take down their signs that say if your disabled and need assistance flash your lightsOr maybe it could be used as a learning curveMy husband has been self employed for 20yrs+ and has had quite a few employees working for himMaybe your staff would benefit from a chat with him over a cup of coffeeI didn’t won’t to give 1 star but it wouldn’t allow me to post this rand with a minus

Broke down on Mon evening 85 miles away from home and had to wait for a tow truck. The staff in here were more than helpful, gave us a safe place to wait, use the toilet and kept asking if we were alright. A huge thank you to everyone who was working Mon night and we did eventually manage to get home safely
