Staff are usually polite and efficient. Keeping me updated on the status of my vehicle service etc. However, I am still waiting for parts from Skoda, after over six months this is frustrating as I am unable to use the entertainment, map or phone function in the car.

Excellent service.The only downside is afterwards they keep sending emails for you to review their service and the link they provide is to an insecure site. If it isn't secure, I'm not doing it.

Have used for years, but unfortunately a booking I'd waited for for two weeks slipped through their online system and their only further availability was two weeks later. MOT had lapsed causing big issues for me.

I recently took my car in for an MOT. Sunny and the team did a great job. Great customer service, work completed to a high standard and they made me feel very welcome while I waited.I've been using Listers Skoda for years and and they always provide good service. On the odd occasion where I want happy they've taken action to address the issue which in my mind is the true measure of good service.
