Kwik Fit - London - Fulham

I had literally rocked up to check if my tyres were still legal! I didn’t have an appointment. The lovely gentleman was busy but within a short wait he was able to check the tyres and to my horror some were much older than the car! They were all replaced with brand new tyres within about 2 hours.

Fantastic customer service from the Manager, Ashley. He is incredibly helpful, kind and polite - helped me to find the best and most cost efficient solution to the issue with my car. Really stellar service - highly recommended by me!

Had a puncture from a nail while on our way to a wedding first thing in the morning. Dan sorted us out super quickly. Excellent customer service.

Went in for a free car safety check. Served by an Afro Caribbean gentleman with cool dreads type hair. Beyond stellar service...wish I could've bought him a coffee or drink. Highly highly recommended

I had a real crisis. I was visiting London for 36 hours or so to watch the Ashes cricket at the Oval stadium. As I arrived in London late Friday my left rear brake and disc seized almost solid. I limped to Kwikfit Fulham at opening time, 8.30am, Saturday morning knowing I had to meet my sons at the Oval stadium by 9.30am. Your acting manager, the supervisor Casey Anderson, got my car on the ramp, discovered the left rear brake was seized and said 'leave it with us'. I went off to the cricket. At 4.30pm on Saturday while sitting in the cricket crowd I got a phone call saying the car was fixed! I arranged to pick up the car at Kwikfit opening time Sunday morning as I wanted to stay at the cricket until the end of play at 6.30pm. On Sunday morning I collected my car and paid. Kwikfit's service was superb. Customer relations were superb. Casey Anderson was superb. If I lived in London I would come to Kwikfit Fulham with every car problem. Thank you again to Casey Anderson and his team.

Visited this Kwik Fit twice in recent months, most recently last week. On both occasions the service was really excellent. The staff were great and very helpful, they got the job done quickly and the standard of the work was excellent. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Yesterday I had the best and most outstanding experience at a Kwik Fit in 30 years @Fulham. It was my first visit there, but will definitely not be my last. I needed two front tyres replaced and balanced, that was professionally & efficiently carried out by Daniel. I was also given some good professional advice about wheel alignment by KC, but what blew me away was the kindness and generosity of Ashley the Manager.It's very rare to find a garage that has great customer care and kind hearts to match.Well done and thank you all.

These guys are polite and honest. They are alway happy to help and actually care. This branch is a great example of professional service unlike some of the others. Highly recommend!

We were on our way to a Christmas party when we discovered we had a screw in our tyre. Eunice and Kacy provided an excellent service and very efficiently removed the screw, repaired the tyre and had us back on our way. Thank you
