This vets is so lovely! My mum had to have her elderly dog put to sleep and they actually came to our property and they sent my mum a condolence card! They also removed my blind cockerpoos eyes and she is happier then ever. Amazing people with lovely spirits

Malthouse take good care of our pet Guinea Pigs, Coco and Toffee. Each time we have needed advice and care, we have secured an appointment and received quality treatment. My children love to hear the positive or complimentary comments the Veterinary staff make about our little pets. This definitely adds to our satisfaction and helps build trust. A 5 star service.

We moved to Malthouse Vets in Minstelery with our beautiful boy Billy after having a bad experience with a previous vets. Sadly our beloved boy passed away this week and we are heartbroken but Natalie, Alison, Hugh and all the team have been so kind and caring not only with taking care of Billy but also their kindness to us. If you love your fur baby as much as we did ours I would strongly recommend this practise. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Caroline and Jenny and Billy

I have been with Minsterley Vets for many years. Over these years I’ve had a number of pets and each have received care, kindness and understanding from all the vets and staff. Sadly, Yoda my Frenchie, was my last pet. He received the care and kindness I’ve always experienced and appreciated over the years.A big thank you to everyone at the practice.
