I've dodged the dentist for years but needed them today and was thrilled to see my dentist upgraded! And my dentist, Dr Eduardo was just the kindest, most efficient and attentive Dr.I would not have recommended this place before this visit but after today, I'm happy to put my name to this experience.Thank you!

I had an excellent experience here at Shape dental practice, reception staff are very friendly and professional, the appointment system is brilliant, the waiting times are not long, they are sending out appointment confirmation and reminder messages. I was badly let down by another dental practice who kept cancelling my appointments for no reason for about two months, hence deciding to come here at Shape Dental. Doctor Bogdana is amazing, she accepted me as a patient without hesitation, she was kind and professional, she explained to me what can be done with my tooth, she asked if I am okay with her decision. Every appointment, she kept talking to me, updating me of what she is going to do next. I cannot thank her enough for her kindness and professionalism

Caring and professional dental work from Dr Fernando and Dra Priscilla.They had been amazing with my teeth and I had complicated roots canals and nothing was too much trouble, always kind and informative.The receptionists are so helpful with the appointments and communication.Thank you

I called for an emergency appointment (being pregnant) for a terrible toothache and I got an appointment in few hours. Dr Eduardo was amazing, he finished a root canal treatment in 1h and I felt absolutely no pain and he worked professionally and gentle along with the dental nurse.Reception team was very helpful and nice as well.I recommend Shape Clinic 100% for any emergencies or issues.

Dr Vitor & team the best I could have asked for, caring, patience Dr Vitor truly cares about his patients! Really builds a lovely relationship to make the patient relax before any surgery. Explains the process of treatment over and over if needed. The reception staff always very polite& on top of things. I highly recommend it!

I will never recommend this place.Their intentions appear nothing short of nefarious.Enduring their so-called service for nearly a year left me profoundly scarred.The individuals, including Keyla Lopes and Victor Never, populating that establishment are truly abhorrent. To begin with, their treatment of customers reeks of unprofessionalism, an affront to basic decency. Keyla Lopes seems completely lost, stumbling through her responsibilities. Meanwhile, Victor Never seemingly delights in humiliating and exploiting the limited knowledge of his patients. Adding to the distress is Priscila Kolbe, the embodiment of dishonesty, whose understanding of even the most rudimentary dental procedures is sorely lacking. The receptionist service was equally horrendous, leaving much to be desired in terms of basic courtesy and efficiency.Their consistent mishaps, coupled with their audacity to demand inflated payments for substandard procedures executed with all the finesse of a butcher, is a grievous insult. They undoubtedly embody the term charlatans

I was in real trouble, lost a filling in the morning, I spoke with them and they gave me an appointment right away just a few hours after. The dentist did a superb job! Can't stop going to feel the filling with my tongue. So smooth it feels better than the real tooth! I absolutely recommend them. That's superior quality work you will be happy to pay for!!

Worst Dentist in the world (butchers)I had a shard of peanut stuck in between my gum and tooth shape insisting it is dead and needs to go, & needed to be pulled immediately.Antibiotics £75Extraction £350After 10 injections & her knee on my chest for 45mins she failed to remove the tooth.I have been awarded damages after 3 years please stay away from these barbarians btw I still have the tooth and it’s fine.
