Replaced our pants of old knackered leaking boiler with brand new one with ten year warranty, absolute boom! Came on a Saturday, worked his socks off, great service and a nice guy.

Jamie installed new radiators in our extension earlier in the year.However I wasn't happy that during the initial visit I explained I'd like the new pipes to be hidden behind the plasterboard, only to find during the installation that the pipes were being fitted (by clips) to the wall. Jamie said it would have taken too long to get the pipes behind the wall and that his quote didn't include this work. But this is what I asked for and I was quite plain.I came back into the room a while later to see the first radiator being fitted. It was quite high, level with the window sill. I asked if it could go lower and Jamie said no due to the minimum distance needed from the floor.When my wife returned later she didn't like how high they both were (plus the pipes attached to the wall of course!) so I phoned Jamie asking him to pop over and look again. He said he would be able to lower them 1/2 cm. Might not sound much but that made the world of difference not being level with the window, it looked much better. When you consider he said they couldn't be lowered when I initially queried it as he was fitting them I was annoyed to have to pay again to get them lowered. Yes this was a separate visit and his time, but if he'd just lowered them when I asked, that wouldn't have happened. To pay him to fix what he had caused was frustrating.Clearly we weren't happy with this experience.

Our boiler failed and needed replacing urgently. Jamie gave us what I thought was a very reasonable quote compared to some others I looked at and he certainly knows his stuff. Jamie arrived when he said he would and managed to get to us earlier than originally booked. He was very professional and worked late to ensure we had heat overnight. He did a fantastic job replacing our very old system which gave him some issues. I would recommend Safe Heat Solutions without any reservations at all. We are having further work done by Safe Heat Solutions early next year.

We've had Jamie out a few times for various things (boiler services, a hob replacement, smart meter fitting and a new boiler installation) and won't use anyone else now! Communication is good, payment is easy and Jamie worked with us to choose a good quality boiler that was within our budget when our old one broke down and we were struggling. Polite, on time and tidy, he works really hard and explains everything. Great local family run business to support.

I found their service on Facebook and. Despite my poor English, Jamie was willing to answer all my questions. He arrived on time at my house and completed all the checks on the boiler and water tank. If you are looking for a boiler inspection service, I recommend choosing them.

Jamie had previously disconnected my gas oven prior to to a kitchen refitted. A couple of days later he rang to say he could connect the new one in the next half hour as he had a spare slot.He turned up and completed the job.A very efficient and pleasant experience. I would thoroughly recommend this company to anyone.

New central heating system installed, as always Safe Heating Solutions were professional, arrived on time and gave a first class service - very pleased with installation and would not hesitate to recommend Safe Heating Solutions.

I had Jamie fit some new radiators for me. He did it quickly, efficiently and didn't leave any mess at all. They look great! A very professional and very friendly guy, will definitely be using him again.

I first had Jamie out for a boiler service and to look at some radiators that I thought weren’t working properly. He quickly identified the issues and rectified the problems and also installed a new boiler. He’s friendly, safety conscious and very informative of all the work hes doing as he goes along. He’s now my go to boiler engineer/plumber and I can’t recommend him enough. Thanks Jamie :)
