Had an issue with a different vet never coming back to confirm to proceed with a lipoma on cats back. They still haven't replied to email to date but had given a diagnosis after analysis and also had a less unfriendly dont call us email by default" policy.Explained situation to Ash Tree and despite being not registered they signed us up and dealt with the issue with professionalism. Always communicable too.Even worked out slightly cheaper than the other vets older quote - which was a pleasant surprise. Wouldn't hesitate to use again and now became our vetinary contact. Both Desborough and Market Harbough excellent."

Generally good service here but for us we have a couple of favourites vets to tend to our quadrapeds and avoid some others which I know others who do exactly the same. But appreciate that is our choice to do so. Overall happy with service and care taken. They are mostly busy at all branches.

The staff were very friendly and helpful...they made Bella feel welcome and she stayed calm through the whole experience which is a plus for us ...would definitely recommend this practice ..very professional

This practice has to be the most amazing kind caring empathetic vets Ive ever been to. The receptionists are so lovely - the vets themselves are absolutely awesome...especially Sonia and Claire. They will go to any lengths to help and reassure and just make you and your pets feel wonderfully special. We would never never go anywhere else. I just wish I could give the a million stars.

Millie always has the best of care from this practice. Sonia the vet, is professional, caring and knowledgeable, all delivered with such a huge dollop of humour which is often what you need at such times. Thank you for Millie’s continued care which has enabled her to reach the grand age of sixteen. X

Really friendly and thorough vets, always listen and out the animals at ease.

We were not registered with Ash tree , but rang them and instantly got sorted and registered, was seen with our Poorly Cat Huey with in 1 hour and treated with compassion , especially when his Human mummy got emotional about the budget side of things . We were kept fully informed of options for treatment and his symptoms and I couldn't have received a better service.

Sonia really helped us with our 20 year old Bengal cat. She was able to administer an antibiotic which helped her for a few days but later she got too ill and needed to be euthanased. Obviously, this was hardest decision we have had to make. Sonia had to comfort me and my sister, without a hug because of Covid. However, her kind words and reassurance, that my fur baby wouldn't need to suffer any longer, will always be in my mind. I'm really sad writing about this, as I still love my cat Cherie, so much. It's like losing a family member and best friend. Sonia is a wonderful vet . A real credit to your company. Moving on, I now have two, newly purchased, beautiful kittens to love. I haven't seen Sonia again yet, as I needed to take the kittens to Ash Tree vets at their head office at Market Harborough, for treatment, and being spayed. Whilst there, I met Nicole on both occasions, and she is just loverly too. I need to say thanks for all that you do. Its not always a joyous occasion but your staff's people skills, are as good as your kindness to our animals.
