Aristos Tropos

We had an amazing day at Piotr's family home and were made to feel very welcome. The course and delivery were fantastic and i left with an inner peace that i hadn't felt in a long time due to depression and stress. It's given me and my girlfriend the skills to focus a lot better and not let the small things build up... something we couldn't do before. Many thanks Piotr and his family for a wonderful day!
