Fudge Puppy

This is the kind of dessert place you can feel coming back to, very affordable, each of the items in the picture was only £4.50 which is much cheaper than a normal dessert place. However, as you can see from the take out boxes, it's not a dressy place, much more casual, and parking is impossible to find in this area. The desserts are amazing and highly recommend.

I’ve been going to this dessert spot I have to say the price is right aswell the taste , I usually order the ambassador waffle with bananas on top . But all the items on menu are delicious open late night aswell . Can’t go wrong with the desserts.

Not bad at all, it is better than what you will find elsewhere on East Park Road. However, there are many improvements they could make to this place but it feels like low priority for them which is a shame. The queue system is pretty much non-existent due to how cramped the till area is. When I was there with friends they had 1 small paper menu in the entire shop.

Fudge puppy has always been my favourite dessert shop until recently where the service has been absolutely terrible. I have been going to fudge puppy for 4yrs+ and unfortunately I have to say they have lost a customer. 3 times in one week they gave me the wrong order and when I called to ask why and for them to resolve this issue the ‘manager’ had such a bad attitude and told me that he can’t do anything about it. This had happened twice the third time I called he showed no empathy instead decided to argue with me over the phone. I as a manager of a food restaurant am appalled with this service and can gladly say I will never return. I then called them back to receive my wrong order and he laughed in my face and told me I didn’t follow the correct ‘procedure’ but they didn’t make me aware of it… started as an amazing business has now gone down hill :(

Visited this hidden spot last night. Hubby and I are all the way from Essex and I have to say the prices are fair, the flavour and quality of the desserts are SPOT ON. At first we thought maybe the dessert is a bit small. But NO WAY! It's absolutely perfect in size and just enough that you're very satisfied and no feeling sickly from the sugar. You have honestly NAILED it Fudge Puppy!! We can't wait to visit again!

Delicious desserts and quite a variety to choose from. Perfect place for your sweet tooth cravings. Particularly enjoyed their Blondie, the Ambassador waffles and red velvet cheesecake. The white kinder Bueno milkshake was good but wasn't the best Ive had however id still return again. Customer service is good and although very busy on Friday and Saturday nights, your order will probably arrive within 15-20 minutes - which is expected during busy hours (and that's for a family order).

I recently ordered two Rose faloodas from this place, and to my dismay, they tasted nothing like what I expected. Instead of the delightful Rose flavor, they were more like strawberry milkshakes. When I politely asked for a resolution or refund, they refused, claiming that's how it's supposed to taste. I'm extremely disappointed with the service and the product. I won't be returning
