Impressed. We were looking for a Smart car and finding it difficult to locate one anywhere locally. Found one at Pershore and phoned. Ben drove it over to us and we were trying it out around our lanes within a few hours. We went on to buy it and are very pleased with it. Ben was very friendly and obviously went out of his way to be helpful. Was honest and trustworthy. A pleasant experience.

We dropped by to have a quick look expecting a hard sell. However we met Ben who let us look around at our leisure. We were delighted to find a car we liked and were amazed that Ben managed to organise registration and insurance immediately which really helped us. Great service from this company, I don’t usally leave reviews but this company I couldn't forget, from the go very welcoming, offered me a coffee which is a must in any car dealership lol. I was expecting to be shown a average condition car, Jesus me and the wife was gobsmacked of the condition, price was very fair and the sales team was fantastic, nice to see a dealership with decent customer service and decent cars. You can clearly see management have trained their team to perfection. Already started telling my friends and family about my experience. My son will need a new car soon, so we will not go anywhere else from now on!

I recently had a serious issue that damned my car and left me without transport. Working with Ben we were able to find a swift solution and get me back on the road within 72 hours. Very pleased with the outcome and excellent service by Ben. 5 stars :)
