The design of the entrance/exit are ridiculous!! Parked here twice this year and both times caught back left tyre on the kerbs they have sticking out. If you have a larger car expect to catch your wheels. Won’t be parking here again.

Car park nice and close to Belgrade theatre. Parked over night and stayed at the premier Inn, only 200mtrs away. Cost £9.95. For overnight stay...not to bad. Entrance via the slip road off the roundabout / daul carriage way...easy to miss.

False advertising for prices they write £1.95 for 2 hours of parking but charges me £3.90 for 2 hours instead! Exit too tight curvy easy to scuff alloys!! Wont be using again

Curb on entrance too high, too tight and unnecessary bend which makes it easy to damage alloys if you’re not familiar with the carpark. Be cautious when entering. Besides that it’s a secure spot to park with easy access to the city Center

This car park is recommended for the theatre. The lifts were not working on the 2nd November and there were no staff to either explain why or to assist users with difficulties. There were queues for payment machines stretching outside into the rain. Once past the payment stage there were queues of cars to get out of the car park yet again.

Pathetic. £7.80 to park for 3 hours in the evening. Barrier not working. 100 cars left for an hour. No service on hand or by phone. Struggle to see how NCP get away with this. Totally unacceptable.

Horrible car park to get in and out of. You will scuff your left wheel if you have a big car. Read reviews, tried my best to be careful about it but still got a scuffed left wheel thanks to the design of the exit part. Not coming back to this car park!

Wheel shredding parlour. Unless you have a really small car, virtually impossible to get in and out of the entrance and exit without shredding your car wheels. They have constructed a curved high curb entry and exit which is only 6ft6 to 7ft wide. Design not fit for purpose. Avoid if you don’t want expensive damage to your car. Other reviewers had similar issues. See pic of damage to my back left wheel on a 6 month old car which wasn’t damaged before going to this car park.

Used to be a handy convenient place to park. Not anymore.Not disabled friendly at all. Big heavy doors that used to be automated on the disabled floor no longer work. Not free for blue badge holders, nor any concessions offered.Extortionate pricing. There is no longer a cheap evening flat-rate. £9.95 to park for 4 hours to visit the theatre because you have to pay for 24 hours!
