Burger King Northcott, GlengormleyStood waiting on order,, watching a woman who had part missing then bring back twice due to being incorrect, I received my order, drove home and on opening up one of the meals it was wrong! The shop was not overly busy, how hard to get a simple order correct

I don't know what it is about burger King but when I think about it I think poor hygiene, poor food and unhappy staff. Maybe that's because anytime I'm at burger King no matter which branch it is the tables are filthy, the staff look unhappy and the food is cold. Part of me thinks that this is a management issue and that though who run the place don't take much interest it. Yes I understand its a fast food restaurant but please take some pride in your work and appearence. First impressions last.

By far, the slowest and worst burger king in N.I.Staff are ignorant, lazy, and can never get your order correct.The seating area is filthy and the staff have no interest in cleaning it

Ordered 2 x whopper meals and asked for 3 x small king savers burgers, but told that they are not available anymore more. So, just got the 2 meals. I was called forward to pick up the order and was given 2 x whoppers, just burgers. When I said that my order was for whopper meals, she rolled her eyes and turned her back without a word being said. She then came back with chips and said drinks". I asked for water

Have just stood in a queue with 5 other customers for twenty mins and not a single order was taken. Priority given to all Deliveroo and Just Eat orders when there were paying customers directly in front of the staff. Extremely poor customer service, will avoid in future.

Would stop in sometimes when getting my shopping in Tesco's but wont be any more as the last 2 times i have bought food here It has been stone cold by the time i get to the car to eat it. My coke was flat as well. Really slow service and staff seem really uninterested. Seems to be a really poorly managed takeaway, with no quality control whatsoever.

This place is an absolute joke to say the least! Placed my order and stood waiting for 40 minutes before someone turned round and asked what my order was to then say it was going to be put on now, during this 40 minute wait 2 in particular staff members were chasing each other around and in and out through the back door tickling each other te heeing and laughing the same girl was then stood at the staff door with another girl who was in charge smoking her e ciggarette and kept shouting on one individual boy to do the work for her. Myself and 3 other customers demanded refunds

Worst experience since lockdown.All we wanted was Two teas and one cheese chilli bites due to my partner being diabetic. (To take out of course).It was shortly after 1pm only one person working and serving who was dead slow and very hard to understand.We joined a queue and eventually ordered and had to return to the end of the queue.When we noticed two cups an two paper bags we asked were they ours which was acknowledged with a grunt.When we got to the car to drink the tea I searched but could not find teabags. We had been given milk & sugar but no teabags.So we queued for 20 minutes for half a cup of hot water each and cheese chilli bites.Not impressed at all.

Calling this bunch incompetent would be a compliment. My food order was a total of 8 items. 3 items were missing and of the 5 items I did recieve 2 were wrong. Avoid unless you like to be disappointed. Note to restaurant - TRAIN YOUR STAFF HOW TO PUT A FULL FOOD ORDER IN A BAG, ITS NOT ROCKET SCIENCE!
