All Makes Service Centre - Hedge End

Excellent service from HESC. First time customer and will be using them the next time I need some work to the car.The experience was made even simpler by Mark at the service desk who was very informative, helpful and keep me fully up to date on any issue/repairs required.

Mark was extremely helpful when visiting! Got me in same day and was finished within 2 hours. Super helpful and speedy service, extremely happy :)

Wouldn't take my car anywhere else. Mark is the best, professional, extremely helpful. Give this guy a promotion.

Top garage ,,Very friendly staff , your looked after very well by Graham and Leanne ,They will do there best on price labour and service ,,.Which is nice these days not to be ripped off after having work done ,,They will recommend work that may be required to be done in the future , but don't pressure you into having the work done now.Again another plus , everything is down to cost ,Will recommend all day longIt's nice to have a friendly trustworthy service department.Keep up the good work .

I experienced pleasant service when I spoke with people on the phone and in person. However delayed delivery of parts meant they kept my car for a week waiting on hose for coolant. They promised it'll be done same day as MOT/service on the Tuesday, then it was the Friday, then the Monday. It caused me a lot of stress to arrange a hire car for my family weekend bits. IMO they should have confirmed availability of parts before promising to do it, rebooked me for another day when parts were delivered, and preferably not have my car taken apart so I couldn't use it while waiting for the part. The hose that needed replacing didn't fail the MOT so I'm unsure why it was necessary to put me through this. I wasn't offered a partial refund or gesture of goodwill. When I asked for one, they wouldn't. I was perfectly amicable and I received professionalism. I'm just salty because it's unfair I pay the price for their, or their supplier's, problem. Actions speak louder than words! They cost me £200 to hire a car for the weekend. I won't recommend or reuse.

02/06/2023 - Front Brake pad replacement.Very disappointing service from this centre. We booked their services due to a cost that had been presented on their behalf on a comparison site. I called up to check the status after half a day to be informed that the quote we had been issued was wrong and that the part was much more expensive. We were not notified of this change, and they proceeded to order. As we, the customer, did not approve this order and the overall price changed, we asked them to honour the quote issued, of which we received a very fast and blunt no" from the staff member.So because of their inability to communicate and assumption that the customer will pay for more expensive parts

Absolutely amazing service from the guys today. Called up this morning, booked me in this morning. had tyre repaired and back on the road by midday! Staff are always friendly and can't do enough to help you. I would not go anywhere else for any of my car needs! 5 stars!!

Fantastic service at Hedge End Service Centre, Excellent customer service from Leanne, very competitive prices and certainly helped me out at short notice. I will be using them from now on, I cannot fault any aspect from my experience. A few minor advisories from the MOT, so will get the car booked in for that work to be completed. Thank you for restoring faith in a service centre.

I was very surprised I was able to book my car in really quickly My first impressions were good …….However the quality of work is poor simple jobs were not fixed. They also recommended work doing that didn't need doing ! I took my car to another local garage and had the car checked for the work they recommended doing and it was perfectly OK The words RIP OFF come to mind I only used this service centre because the garage I use were fully booked ...and the reason for that is because they are GOOD. Think twice before using this service centre they will try to talk you into work that don't need doing
