This is my go to Hospital for my surgical procedures. I have been attending this clinical facility for over a decade. I like the fact that is seems like going to a boutique medical clinic as opposed to a Hospital. I am very apprehensive of a full on hospital environment, just the smell fills me with stress and anxieties. I truly appreciate the care and attention all the medical staff administer. I also like that most of the medical support staff have been there for some time, not just a carousel of agency nurses, who just do the perfunctory care. The last time i was admitted to the hospital the admin and care nurses went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. To the level of popping out to buy some fresh flowers and Jaffa Cakes biscuits following my procedure. I find they are the best to snack on after a general anesthetic. These biscuits are full of chocolate and orange they are very light and morish consumed with copious cups of hot sweet tea. Any patient who has the need for a elective surgical procedure and wants very safe unobtrusive hospital care that is 5 star in hightec safety and efficacy. Then this is the discreet hospital for you. The only downer is the fees, but that's private healthcare, expensive.....

My surgery was over 2 hours late, and because of that I missed my booked taxi. I had to pay an extra £40 to get home, other wise I would be stuck in London. I told the nurse and filled out a hospital form pointing out I need to be ready before my taxi arrives. When I woke up after surgery, finding out I missed my taxi home. I needed assistance and the buzzer button wasn't beside my bed, so I had to bang down hard with my hand on the metal side part of the bed for 4mins to finally get someone's attention. You pay £1000's and the Aftercare is shocking.

By far the worst clinic imaginable. Had an appointment with Dr. Dale Ojutiku and for my follow up appointment I showed up but the reception was closed and nobody had even heard of this doctor. Receptionist called back to make another appointment and the same thing happened following week. Wasn’t even allowed to wait inside as was told that she is leaving the clinic and there won’t be anyone there so even the doctor who said will be 30 mins late will not be able to get in. The most unprofessional clinic and doctor by far! Never would I recommend this practice or the doctor to anyone! I will be filing a complaint for wasting my time and not taking me seriously! Rediculous!

I had my procedure here and I honestly cannot fault the staff, I was made to feel safe and secure from start to finish, the staff are beyond lovely, I can only remember 2 names that Stuart and Rebecca (i think) they were 2 of the loveliest people ive ever met. They all were. Thankyou so much. Vicki Coulson.

Yesterday I received a call from the medical center mentioning they'll investigate into my complaint.------I was referred to them by LBPS, and had a surgery on 14-September-2017I wanted to wait until they make their call to check on the patient to give them the feedback, which they called me few mins ago, but the lady who called refused to take my feedback !!!I'll try to summarise into few points:- The forms they sent over to me : Most of which hold keep asking for redundant information, which are requested in several other forms (Name, Address, BOD, Occupation, GP, GP Address, allergies, planned operations) these information were requested over 4 times in the different 5 forms they mailed me to fill-- Recommendation - a consolidation into one big form would have made life easier- A negative experience with a nurse name starts with B-- she was in such a rush to move a side table around that she pushed it against my right breast that I had to shout and push away the table (imagine someone in the recovery room trying to protect their operation site by shouting and pushing away stuff)-- There was another nurse who helped me have my drink, and keeping and eye on me and another patient in the recovery; B asked that nurse to leave the recovery room to get something, and when he said that he's taking care of the both of us, she said (just leave them, they're fine!!) not much of sense of patient care !!!-- B asked me an my partner when do we need a taxi, and we said in 40 mins; the taxi arrived in 10 mins !!!-- My partner lost her ring in the lounge, and Beatrice mentioned she'll look for it, but I personally don't think she did-- The drains were tangled when it was time change, she tried to untangle them with brute force, which was very very painful. bear in mind, this wasn't the drain removal itself, just untangling it, that even my partner had to shout at her saying hey
