It's been so nice to deal with Estate Agents who actually do a fantastic job! Sophie has been absolutely brilliant from start to finish whilst moving in to our new home, and Ben was great too. After some other Estate agents being rubbish, it's been so nice and I'd recommend this team to anyone. Thank you!

Charlie Rhodes was great. I had to sell my property at a distance so Charlie managed all the liaison with the utilities, decorators and repair men. I couldn't of asked for better service.

I recently bought a house where William H Brown were the Estate Agents and I found Charlie Rhodes to be an efficient and friendly member of the team. He was always helpful and understood what I was looking for in a property. He was very calm when things didn’t go as planned in the chain and kept me informed at every stage if the move. He was excellent.

Absolutely fantastic. There was a problem in securing a property and it fell through and yet within days Sophie and Ben managed to get me a first viewing for the most perfect property to rent which was better than the one which fell through. Sophie was so efficient in securing the agreement with the landlords and processing the paperwork and I moved in and had the keys within a matter of less than two weeks at a very difficult stage in my life and Sophie and her colleague Ben made the process so quick and painless for me. I cannot fault the fabulous service, nothing was too much trouble and everything was done with a smile and with my needs at the fore. Thank you so much and I hope that this feedback is fed back to Sophie and Ben. Amazing team. Thank you so much.

This is a review of the Downham Market branch.I have nothing but praise for the team at Downham Market, they made a notoriously stressful time a little less so.Christian took our initial details and put the house on the market and he was friendly, professional and efficient.Lucy showed us round several properties and was brilliant. Always greeting us with a huge smile, she didn't mind taking us back to the same property for viewings and answered every question we had; if she couldn't answer immediately she found out and got back to us promptly.Katie dealing with paperwork and phones was also prompt, polite, professional and friendly.The main two people we dealt with were Charlie and Karen and again they were both amazing.Charlie was dealing with the property we were buying he answered every query we had straight away, he was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I'm pretty sure Downham branch must be a good place to work because like Lucy he is always smiling.Karen, selling our property, had some harder calls to make with negotiations between our buyers and ourselves. She was honest, polite and straightforward and I appreciated these qualities. Like all the other staff she was friendly and approachable.In my opinion Downham branch is a benefit to the William H Brown franchise. Thanks team.

Cant recommend William H Brown enough!. Both Ben and Sophie from the letting team where amazing; they found us our perfect let and supported us right through the entire process! Sophie was always quick to reply to any questions we had and her level of detail and explanation second-to-none.

The Estate agent itself was nice, however they could have done their due diligence on a oldish house in the Ferry farm(Cambridgeshire/Norfolk)...the owner clearly kept it from us that house was underpinned. We the naive buyers paid out from our pocket to find out that the house was indeed underpinned.Wasting our money and time! Second time this is happening with us, where the owners clearly deceiving buyers!

My husband and I had been searching for a while for a spacious family home. Sophie and Ben were brilliant throughout the whole process - answering my constant barrage of emails, alleviating my anxiety, keeping us updated the whole way through and just generally making the process really stress free and easy. We finally managed to find and move in to a home that we love - and the little welcome box was a really lovely added touch!Thank you both for everything :)
