Par Garden Centre

We just love Par Garden Centre! No matter the season, the displays are always stunning. We also love that umbrellas are available for customers that wish to look at the outdoor plants in the rain. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly too! Yesterday we were so inspired by the range of plants, we ended up spending our vouchers!

A great place to visit. The staff are very helpful, plenty to see with lots of room to walk around and with a good size free car parking. Very nice and as you look around the garden centre it is colourful and well laid out. Also need a rest after your walk about, go to the cafe for a drink and perhaps a bite to eat, very nice and that's why I give Wyevale Garden Centre five stars.

I heard good things about the pond fish selection saw a large koi in one of the ponds,the price was clearly marked up for that size .i spoke to the assistant and said i would like to purchase one only to be told the one i liked is on a managers special" at £300 it didnt say this on the board

Went for breakfast at Par Garden Centre. Points to consider, waited 35 minutes for our drinks to be served even though we requested our drinks on a couple of occasions. Food was delivered and finished before drinks arrived.!!!! As for the breakfast this was not of good quality. Bacon and hogs pudding burnt and crisper than one would expect. At best the food was served hot. Will not be retuning. Not angry just extremely disappointed.

Stopped in to have a look around. Under new management. No longer Wyevale. Had a good lunch. Hopefully get some more staff to help with the service. Amazing selection of plants and pots! Also huge selection of soils and composts. Definitely recommend popping in especially if you want nice plants for the garden!

Charging £3.99 for a slice of cake for it to come looking like this is a total rip off. We had a long wait on drinks due to an argument happening behind the counter between a male chef and a young colleague to the point we could hear everything and him being told to leave The kids meal came before our coffees. Appalling service and disappointing environment. Full refund received for the cake as I couldn’t justify spending my money on it. Refund settled well but everything else was a shambles which is a shame as it’s really gone down hill. I would give 5 ⭐️to the garden centre itself but we started off at the cafe and wasn’t a good start.

So disappointed! Went to look at all the Christmas gifts, but primarily to have coffee and mince pies with an elderly friend who was looking forward to it. Was told by the miserable cafe staff that they hadn't got mince pies. It's Christmas soon, are you waiting for Easter?

Nice garden centre cheese scones lovely but charging £1extra for a cup of Earl Grey tea is daylight robbery most other places usually charge same price for flavoured teas some maybe 20 p more
