When I approached the manager to inquire about these fees, their reaction was far from what one would consider professional. Instead of addressing my concerns with respect and understanding, the manager responded with laughter and a dismissive attitude, as if my financial burden was a source of amusement to them.This blatant disrespect left me deeply disappointed and disheartened. A storage facility should prioritize customer satisfaction and transparency, but it was abundantly clear that the manager's behavior was in direct contradiction to these principles.Furthermore, the manager's lack of empathy and professionalism during this encounter only served to underscore my overall dissatisfaction with Safe Store. It is alarming to think that this is the person responsible for managing a business where customers entrust their valuable belongings.My experience today, coupled with the manager's unprofessional conduct, has left a lasting impression. I feel compelled to caution prospective customers against choosing Safe Store for their storage needs. Went to the storage site and opened a account by a really helpful and polite gentleman called Kash. He showed me the different sizes of storage rooms they have to help me choose the one I needed. Very clean and well organised site. Would highly reccomend!

The staff were just brilliant . Jessica and Navoda were so helpful. Kash showed me the different storage rooms available. All three office staff were very friendly and professional with their attitude.

Manager Kash is the best thing Safe Store Edwards has to offer! He is friendly, efficient, timely.I was going to change from Storage, but only because of that manager I stayed and would return for the excellent attention and customer service. Congratulations!I clarify that I do not know Mr. Kash and I am a respectable client.

Easy move in, was nice and welcoming staff. Only wishing if it was monthly payments. Not every 4 weeks. Place was nice, clean and new.

Excellent service and professionalism. Only quip is that non-UK IDs should be accepted as photos on a device, like UK ones. Please, we feel discriminated against as non-UK citizens. Shout out to Kash who helped me in everything.
