Great company with great products.I ordered 2 of the Hornit Clugs, and they were dispatched really quickly. I then took a while installing them and realised, my bike tire was too small for the size i'd ordered on one of the Clugs. Emailed the team, and the excellent Gigi responded quickly and allowed me to easily change over for the smaller size. I now have both my bikes against the wall, and am very happy customer indeed!
