Never had a problem with the shop until today when my auntie went in to pick up a parcel for me. She went into collect it for me only to be told buy the rude women who served her that it wasn't there. How she knew this with out checking the order num is beyond me. She then on assisted that it was not there as there was no email to say it arrived. Why would I send someone in for it if It's not there and my order number to prove it?

Ordered £80 worth of toys, to find one missing, I rang to notify them and was accussed of lying by a female manager in the Barnstaple store.On collection of missing item she didn't speak to me and her attitude was appalling, rude and unprofessional.

Awful management. We returned an item to this store which had an obvious manufacturing defect, to be accused by the male manager of damaging the item ourselves. It was a very weird situation, as the item was worth less than £10 and we were regular customers who spent lots of money in this store. I no longer shop there. The manager in this store cannot possibly have any management qualifications, his behaviour is erratic and unprofessional .

Very good. Not the largest branch we have been in, but still had a good range of toys and a wide range of Funko Pops including some of the newer ones and some older ones which were reduced in price. It didn't have the wide range of Lego that some other branches had, and there was almost no Jurassic World Lego to be seen. The staff were extremely helpful and the social distancing measures were clear and were reassuring.

I do not recomend this shop I bay car for my son -was broken we sisnt get recive so we back to shop as if the menager can find copy of recive . Menager daid he donthave a time for it - very unprofecional way to treat custemurs . Will never back there again .
