Callum & Tim installed a new gas heater and worked very carefully and systematically to do a professional job in a small space. They worked together as a good team, were also just nice to have around and tidied up leaving no mess at all. Pleased to recommend.

Butterworth’s have installed 3 different fires for me. It was a complicated process because the original fires inherited from the previous owners used exhaust fans which didn’t work or had stopped working sometime ago and couldn’t be repaired. We also had no tops to the chimneys. Various fire specialists came to look at the fires, promised great things and then didn’t return calls. Butterworth’s were fantastic because they were reliable, gave me expert advice throughout the process so that I could choose the perfect fires for each room. I now have a gas fire in my husbands study with remote with a fan which sits perfectly in the original Victorian fireplace. I have a multi fuel wood burner and a gas stove in my lounges (having reinstated the chimneys) which look amazing and are exactly what I wanted. Butterworth’s were incredibly clean whenever they visited to advise and when they fitted the fires. They were 100% reliable and the quality of their work appears to be excellent. My strong advice is be wary of cheaper quotes because ultimately you always get what you pay for.
