Loved having my nails done at The House of Beauty today! Alicia is so friendly and warmly welcomes you into her relaxed home environment. Highly recommended and can’t wait to go back for other treatments.

I started coming to get my nails done with Alicia back in May 2022 when I moved to the area. I now wouldn’t go anywhere else! Alicia is very professional and talented, I always leave with stunning nails that I get lots of compliments on!

Have loved my treatments at The House of Beauty, such a relaxed environment and Alicia is so friendly and makes you feel so at ease. Gel nails looked lovely, lasted ages and Alicia really took her time to get the exact shape, etc. that I wanted. Can’t wait to try some more treatments :)

I have been going to Alicia since she opened up at her house since I was 17 years old in 2018, 2 months after the company was established. Since my first appointment I have been going to her for my brows and had started going to her for gel nails/nail extensions. I was hoping to be able to book every single month for infills. I had missed my appointment by accident which I was massively apologetic for and was told to send £76 over via bank transfer for the missed appointment. This wouldn’t have been so bad if she hadn’t mentioned she had my bank details on file and that she could take the money from my account without my permission. She mentioned she had my bank details on file from the very first message which came across as a threat. This particular booking was made via Instagram direct message and not the booking site, I did not sign the policy on that occasion. The policy which was posted later on in the evening on Instagram stated that The House Of Beauty does not hold your bank details and that they are securely stored by Stripe, the online payment processing platform. Clearly this is not a true statement. Unfortunately, being a loyal customer isn’t enough to cover you for a genuine mistake without threats and unfortunately one of her first customers wants to take their business elsewhere.

I have been going to Alicia for a few months and so pleased I discovered her! My brows have never looked better, her waxes are brilliant and nail services are fab too. Always super quick to reply to messages and very friendly too!

Absolutely love my nails! Alicia is lovely and amazing at what she does! I can’t recommend house of beauty enough and look forward to future treatments!
