My Vape Store

Been to many vape stores in Bristol and hands down this is the best.What sets them apart? The customer service and knowledge of the staff, in particular Toby and James, these guys listened to what I wanted and recommended what best suits my needs, not pushy or in a hurry, they let me take my time and because of this, I got exactly what I was looking for!In fact I ended up buying other items just because I knew I was in good hands.Thanks Toby for your advice and help, a true value to the company for sure.

Had a wonderful experience with a lovely young lady behind the counter earlier on today. Not only did she recommend me the right thickness of fluid for me new vape, but gave me some great advice on how to use it correctly! Highly recommended business - will come back for sure!

Had an issue with an online order, went to the shop to see if they could get more info, as online help was slow coming.The guy there, (I forget his name) was fantastic, he found my online order, and grabbed everything I needed from his own shop there and then, he knew I was a beginner, so his knowledge and experience was excellent, and also offered advice on a different coil and tank to the one I had purchased, and he chucked them in for free for me to try, rather than making an upsale, also a free bottle of juice of my choice was thrown in by way as an apology for the online order confusion.I felt bad taking all this stuff and not paying a penny, so I decided to buy an extra pack of coils, just to make myself feel better for paying for something at least.Look after this one Vape store, he does your brand proud, and you've got a new and ongoing customer because of him.

Awesome place, the team there take their time to ensure you are fully versed in how to set up and use your new device. Also have every flavour of juice on test, so you can try before you buy to make sure it's something you like.All in all, I rate this shop higher than other places that I have been in, and don't mind the extra travel to get there.

Have been to this vape shop a couple of times as I have with others, however the customer service is exceptional from Ashley. I’m struggling for any other examples to compare but I honestly can’t!Myself & Partner are definitely not the review types but he really needs to be applauded.Ashley’s enthusiastic, knowledgeable, has a great personality creating relaxed atmosphere with time aside to explain products, vape liquid, filter etc but to the point so it’s not OTT.Wouldn’t go anywhere else (well unless it was his shop) !See you soon

I came here from work after a long, tedious day to find that I ran out of juice. This was around 6pm. The shop is fairly hidden but that only adds to the uniqueness. Inside, you'll find a small bar and lovely staff. I was served by a lad that sounded quite local - very friendly and patient whilst I figured out what I wanted. Even offered to query the possible student discount for me with this boss. Overall experience was lovely. Went in, got what I wanted, and left with a smile. 10/10

Bought aspire pokex in person from the shop after checking out products on the website, good product and price. Shop is well fitted out and lady staff member was very knowledgeable and polite.

Legit not surprised this place has such good reviews. Bought a vape here a few months back and it's been great ever since, the service I got in there was great. Really helpful. These are the types of businesses we need to support!
