We arrived but did not check in as hotel looked grubby gents toilet sink was black curtains were filthy on the window's when we arrived were told to drive around for a bit as the entrance to what was a car park was blocked when we did manage to partly park the manager said it was OK our impression of this place was not good so we decided not to check in we were told we would get a refund which we have not they don't respond to emails. Every time you ring they say the manager is on holiday even though it soundedlike the same man whe he answered the phone or they say they are waiting to here from head office just a terrible experience very friendly when phoning to book but when a complaint is made there very offish. Our car got damaged in the car park also . No way should this hotel have any star rating terrible experience both feel totally vulnerable and upset . This was the start to our holiday in Jersey we came here hoping for a couple of nights before our ferry crossingTerrible placeAnn king

Popped in for dinner. The service is great , very friendly. The food has lots of flavour , all dishes were really good. Mains cost between £18-22.

Had dinner at this Thai restaurant/pub. The combination is odd but the environment really works okay. It's expensive for a quick bite but for an evening meal the food is brilliant and good value, service is great and the staff are down to earth and chilled. We popped in again on Friday night for some drinks and this was very pleasant, again a nicely balanced venue. Definitely coming back :)

Enjoyed a birthday in their private function building; very nicely laid out with a cozy nook feel within the main building, and a covered outdoors area which was equally as inviting. Drinks were well priced.

Apart from restricted parking on site there is a large public car park opposite .a great place Thai themed Restaurant and bar n rooms big log fire large bar selection prompt service knowlegable staff .we stayed BnB breakfast was second to none

Absolutely fantastic evening and stay! Amazing food, terrific service and comfy bed! Excellent value for money.

Room and bathroom clean and staff very helpfull. Some areas in the room could do with sorting. Net curtains need changing and paint peeling but would stay again

Service Good, Food good , Gents Toilets worthy of a public health visit - having reported this to the manager no action taken on their part - maybe a two star

Hotel was nice, service I cannot really comment on as only there for one night and limited interaction. Only down side was the feeling like someone was trying to break into room when they close the door to there room.

I didn't have food hence not being able to mark itVery nice room, great staff and nothing was too much a problem for them. The only reason I gave 4 * instead of 5 is the challenge to get out of a VERY small car park. So, I would say certainly visit, and from what I saw you will not regret it !
