From the start I have had a great experience with Angelus law, my legal representative Ian has been great, always available and keeping me informed through every step of my claim for housing disrepair. I have suffered ongoing distress and negativity from my landlord since 2013 and finally with Ian's supported help and great work we have achieved and are achieving positive results. I didn’t sign up with this company but they took my details from a different company who had closed my case without consent. They then went on to constantly email me and text me despite my requests to be removed repeatedly for 3 months. I only got somewhere when I contacted ICO. Larissa at Angelus Law, head of legal operations, assured me that she had sat with IT and they had removed my details. I was still hounded. She then advised me that Michael, their Head of IT heard back from Fastdox who confirmed that they had deleted my details from the main page but there was another section that they needed to remove me from that they weren’t aware of. Very worrying that head of IT doesn’t know their system. Don’t waste your time on this company unless you want emails and texts at all hours of the day and night.

Bombarded with texts and emails . I have told them to REMOVE my details again and again. Very unprofessional company . ZERO star rating.

Just want to say thank you to my legal representative Dan who was very helpful and friendly who helped and supported Me with my claim .I would highly recommend them to anyone.

AVOID THIS SCAM - states in the documents sent to me by the actual company that they are unregulated by the FCA. I then rang to challenge this as I thought it was a bit strange for a company who deals with data breaches to not be regulated by them only for them to tell me on the phone that they are regulated and they don’t know why the documents would say that….? Well they’re your documents and you sent them so you tell me. Also i then went on to check the GOVuk website for company information which states that the companies accounts are well overdue. I would strongly suggest that you do not give this company your details and like myself find an actual regulated company to represent you.

Great service, very happy with my Housing Claim, all work was done quickly after waiting for 3 years for the council and we also received a good amount of compensation. Highly recommended 10/10

Absolutely fantastic company! We had Ian McDonald-Lowry he was absolutely brilliant all the way threw our claim and he always kept us updated every week and was always fast at getting back to any emails I've sent!
