Engie bought out our company about a year ago promissing plenty of on going work for at least 2 years, this was not the case within 3 months all key people where leaving the business, our section had roughly 10 members with about 80% handing in their notices and 20% being tupeed to other companies, for me it was not the promissed work but the simple fact that the client we worked for informed us of this tupee process months before engie did so.

The engineer who enters never told me what he was here for , never explained what he was doing was here for 3 minutes tondo a gas inspection and never asked me to sign anything to say he carries out the work, what a poor customer experience

Didn't even turn up, didnt even let me know that they weren't going to turn up, and wouldn't answer their phone, discusting, cowards, big fat O, I moved all of my stuff onto my bed to make a clear work space for them

One star is too many! Joke of a company miss appointments then keep you on the phone for 2 hours going from 1st in line back to 3rd 6 times.
