I had a pleasure to get some work done by Neil, once with my previous car I had a high quality dash cam and recently with my van an entirely brand new sound system. Neil managed to install a rear parking camera too, a new Pioneer stereo, and replaced all the speakers plus an addition of two for the back seats fitting them perfectly with the van like it came out straight from manufacture, and a lovely sounding sub.All in one day.Thank you Neil.Highly recommended!

Excellent service and results from the outset.Discussed installing an Android Auto / CarPlay system into a high end vehicle still under warranty.Neil provided sound advice, but I chose a 3rd party system that he installed.We hit some snags that were nothing to do with Neil, but he worked through them and didnt charge any extra.The care and attention to getting the car in the workshop and installation were excellent.Thank you Neil, all great!

Neil is a master of his craft and so knows exactly what he’s doing. Just check his YouTube channel to see how thorough he is! He did a great job on fitting an amp, front and rear tweeters, complete swap of the door speakers and under-seat woofers, and fully sound deadened it. He also wired up front and rear dashcams. I really was impressed by the attention to detail Neil puts in to his work, and his service. Go to Creative Car Sounds, you won’t regret it he’s so high rated for a reason.

I emailed about a problem with my 595 Abarth after a radio was installed and even though they didn’t fit the stereo they gave me excellent advice over the phone to fix the problem ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had my BMW 2 series 218I M sport sound system upgraded here. Speakers Front & Rear, New Tweeters, Amplifier & Subwoofer. Very happy with the sound quality and tidiness of the install. Neil is a top professional and renowned across the UK for the Quality of his work. Be sure to check out his YouTube channel to get an insight of the type of work he does and some of the amazing projects he undertakes. Don’t think there is a car he hasn’t worked on from Lamborghini to Fiats no jobs to small and every customer is treated with the same level of professionalism regardless of car.

Not a good experience dealing with this company. (If I could give no stars)The initial communication with the receptionist was OK but after visiting the shop the main chap (Neal) decided to ignore me even though my request was a simple upgrade on speakers for my car, with no email after a week I called in directly only to be told a quote will come out today we have been extremely busy, still no quote a further two weeks later I got the job done elsewhere, and paid over £3000 for the upgrades.As my local specialist I felt let down with no customer service, avoid at all cost.

I have had my last 3 cars fitted with a system at Creative and would not go anywhere else. I trust them and they always deliver a great personal service and great sounds. I highly recommend them

Neil is an absolute genius - I thoroughly recommend Creative Car Sounds! I have a 2006 Smart ForFour Brabus - he changed all of the speakers yesterday and put an Apple Carplay head unit in, both of which have totally transformed the car.
