Been visiting this store for a few years buying watches and having them serviced. Bought a carrera for my wife’s 50th and was served by Blake. Top guy indeed, really helpful and looked after us. If your in the market for a new Tag get down here and see Blake!

I enjoyed browsing and purchasing my watch. Although I did end up thinking it wasn't brand new as the assistant in store wasn't keen on showing me the watch at all to the point I had to ask to see it before it was bagged up and there were no tags on it. However it was in good order. Possible amex display but rather than the coy service honesty would have been fine and acceptable to me. I'd still have bought it.

I decided to treat myself for my 50th birthday. Luckily I went to this store, even more fortunate a gent called Blake helped me make the right decision. His knowledge, patience & humour saw me through a difficult choice. The range of Tag's was vast. I walked out happy & the owner of the watch of my dreams.Long story short, you want a TAG, go here you won't be disappointed!

£100 replacement battery was informedThen this:Please be advised that the watch has been technically examined and found that the movement has high consumption. If a timepiece has high consumption this indicates that the movement is draining more power from the battery at a greater rate than normal. This is usually caused by the oils in the gear train beginning to congeal over a period of time. A Quartz Complete Service is required to put this back into working order. A new crown will be included in the service.During a Quartz Complete Service:The movement is inspected and disassembled.Individual movement parts, case and bracelet are ultrasonically cleaned.Worn movement components are replaced as necessary including the battery.Case & bracelet polished (best possible).The movement is systematically re-assembled and re-oiled using different types of specialised lubricants.The sealing gaskets listed are replaced.The watch is then subjected to timing and water resistance testing.Final quality control inspection. From start to finish the team at the boutique in Chelmsford we’re incredible from when I reserved the watch on a phone call with Blake, then entering the showroom and being greeted by Lucy and another member of staff who unfortunately their name I can’t remember they offered and served us refreshments while going through my new timepieces details including the extended warranty and the cover I chose to take out on my timepiece. Lucy was incredibly informative about the timepieces I viewed and answered any question I asked without hesitation and showed real enthusiasm and enjoyment of her job. I will continuously recommend this boutique to others for anyone looking for a luxury time piece. Many thanks for making my 21st birthday purchase one to remember!

Great variety and stock of Tag watches in Chelmsford store. The team were very accommodating and patient so thank you for your help with purchasing a Carrera day time watch which looks fantastic.

Amazing and thoughtful service from Sophie and the team at Tag Chelmsford firstly at Christmas for a present for my wife.. and especially the 2nd time, not only did they source my watch which was very hard to get... fighting off other branches and people in the process... it was also just the extra mile they go to make you feel welcome and valued, a balloon for my daughter and newly born son along with a lovely card and flowers for my wife.... thankyou and we'll be seeing you again soon
