Lisa has endless patience and understands how to get the best out of my dogs. She has been so supportive and enthusiastic, I would have no hesitation in recommending either her group classes or 1:1 sessions.

I got recommended to try Lisa for training my springer when I got him as a pup. We started out with the basics (heel, sit, stay etc.) and how to be polite around other dogs, with some really effective group training sessions and have moved class to some more gun dog type training. The dog really enjoys it and is always excited in the car on the way but shattered on the way home (as well as me). He also enjoys boarding, and I’d have no hesitation recommending for training or boarding as I’ve now got a pretty obedient and happy dog that makes ownership a real joy.

Great understanding of the dogs. Very knowledgeable trainer, using up-to-date methods to get the best out of your dog. Lovely to work with and tailors the training to suit your goals. Highly recommend.

Another 5Star review- yes it’s true.I adopted a rescue spaniel without previous training; neither of us! I was looking for help to progress and Lisa was not at all like the other schoolmarm-trainers I contacted. Her methods are modern and reward-based ( including clicker if you wish).I started with 1:1 and with progression have now joined a class. Even within the class she tailors her training to the stumbling blocks of the individual dog/owner duo.After less than six months I entered the dog into a fun scurry. The result, was immaterial - we did it.There, I met many ex-“trainees “ of Lisa going back as far as 14 years. The common theme was “Lisa knows dogs and they love her.”

I met Lisa in 2016 with my cocker spaniel who has high prey drive and chased. As a new spaniel owner this felt overwhelming and I didn't really understand my dog.Lisa didn't really need to train my dog. She trained me, resulting in my dog listening, being happier and finding me more fun so we started working as a Team.It was hard work, but worth it and Lisa supported us all the way.I can recommend Lisa 100%.

We were recommended to Lisa when our adorable but free spirited Cocker Spaniel “Basil” decided he was having more fun without us than with us.As first time Spaniel owners Lisa has taught us a huge amount, and although we still have recall issues, at least we understand him better now. I wish we had lessons from Lisa earlier.She has a wealth of knowledge and is known locally as the Spaniel manual !The lessons are fun, interactive and Lisa has a way of still offering individual training in a group lesson.I would thoroughly recommend six chimneys gun dogs.

Lisa has walked all of my dogs over the last 15 years. She has a natural understanding of dogs and I know they are in exceptionally safe hands. I highly recommend Lisa.
