Express Dry Cleaners

The gentleman at Express Dry Cleaners is a magician- had some expensive jeans that he repaired quickly and at a low price. He also fortified parts of the jeans that were liable to have problems again at no extra cost, good customer service and a pleasant transaction.

The ONLY place I trust with my clothes. The owners are lovely, their prices are fair and competitive, they altered a dress for me in such a short amount of time they truly saved the day! Support this lovely family run business :)

I gave my blazer to be cleaned and it came back with stains all over it. 100% would not recommend

EXTREMELY RUDE, AGGRESSIVE AND DISHONEST DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! I tried this “express” dry cleaning as i needed it done urgently and on the shop outside it literally said “2 hour service”. I made it very clear I needed it done by Saturday and he said it would be done, which was not the case. So I went back on Monday and again it wasn’t ready so he rudely told me to come back later and showed me it was in the machine nearly done. I then went back at 4:45 since it closes at 5 and he screamed at me saying he told me to come at 5:15 and I am early and that it’s not ready yet so I told him keeping my calm that it closes at 5 that’s why I came early and he proceeded to scream at me saying he’s staying open longer for me and continuously shouting at me as to why I came early. I don’t know who he thinks he is shouting at an older woman which has been nothing but nice and patient even though the service should have been 2 HOURS like it states outside the shop. EXPRESS dry cleaning for him to get angry and treat customers badly when they ask when it’ll be ready??? Disgusting behaviour and on top of it the suit I gave which is worth £1000 is now full of stains and isn’t cleaned properly, and still expected £14??? When other dry cleaners would have been way nicer, better service, and way faster. Overall, disgusting service, disgusting product, not worth it at all I DO NOT RECOMMEND 0 STARS!!!!!

HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL, DISHONEST AND UNABLE TO PERFORM A CLEANING. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!Dropped 4 shirts, when I picked them up 3 of them had blood stains on them and the fourth one had some black marks. The shop owner told me to leave them and he would clean them again (he looked very uncomfortable when this happened and I believe he knew about it), when I picked them up the following Monday, the stains were still there, and the woman in the shop denied she did stain my shirts. Then arguing that the reason I checked in the first place is because I knew those stains were there and that I was making a fuss because I didn't want to pay. Those are tailored made shirts and worth more than the £8 horrible cleaning service that I got. That woman was acting in bad faith and clearly they can't clean a shirt! I have used dry cleaners for years and this is the first time this happens. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL, DISHONEST AND UNABLE TO PERFORM A CLEANING. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!
