I worked with them as an electrician at their client Walker Modular another spineless company. They advertise for 10 pounds per hour, but after 2 weeks working as a spare wheel" for one of those electrician slaves there with permanent contract with WM who needed to go on haliday

Totally dishonest, not paying overtime and not sending payslips on the email, they made me travel 1 hour from Hull to Barton only to be told I can't get in the factory cause they didn't send my data to the security of the factory. Avoid even if they promise good money cause they rearly deliver on there promises.

Missing hours on your payslip, called the agency, they said they’ll call me back, so obviously had to call em back next day. “Manager said you wasn’t there, if you want sort it out yourself because we don’t care and we don’t have any kind of checking attendance system because we don’t care”.Sorted that out on Monday with company manager after him checking security cameras (thanks for that)ON MY OWN and I can’t get my money till Friday, because “it doesn’t work that way”… funny, because first day at work i’ve asked about advancement pay for power tool batteries there was no problem what so ever and i got it in less than an hour.Now, when i’m not working there anymore they’re stalling with paying out money I supposed to have last week and magically they can’t pay advancement pay from pay i should get this Friday.Health and safety training i’ve got on my email while I was already working for two days, along with a phone call from them with a idiotic question “why haven’t you filled that out yet?”They care until it’s not theirs money.

Got a phone call offering a great job for my work skills. Completed all the paperwork promptly and then heard nothing. Tried calling the office, my ‘agent’ was never there, never answered my calls/voicemails and the office were just as bad. Useless and a massive opportunity missed for myself. Avoid.

I just want to say that i worked in 8 years since i am in UK with all agencies but the professionalism and the kindness that i received at Staff-Finders i've never received on all others agencies.I've got a really good job for me with my experience straight away, without any promisses or long waiting.Aswell the lady from reception ,she was really helpfull and patient and explain me everything.Thank you very much for all!

They are excellent people with high level of professionalism

The reception was very rude to someone who had an appointment. I understand that there is pressure at the office as there are many job seeking applicants (majorly students) but it was not nice seeing someone with an appointment rudely turned back and told his appointment has been canceled.

A complete lack of communication between staff, unqualified to do their own job roles never mind finding people work, they are a very low pay agency, when talking to employees at staff finders you will find your self repeating your self again and again. The core of the agency in unprofessional, and bullying is acceptable, NOT ADVISABLE TO USE THIS AGENCY.

The worst agency I have ever come across, I had been offered a position, completed a 3 hour unpaid induction (only told it was unpaid after completion) made my way to the location of work three times to be told I didn't have a shift after two/three hours of waiting (they informed me I would get paid for my time to be told this) and that my agency should have informed me. Staff finders were supposed to ring/text/email everyday at 15.00 and they never did... it appeared that you only got a shift if you were friends with the staff or friends of friends, if you're not a Polish speaker they wont give you work, I'm still waiting for my pay from over two weeks ago, I have had emails, texts and calls ignored but I suppose because I'm not their mate and dont speak Polish they wont bother... people looking for work, dont waste you're time here, find another agency... unless you're friends with them. Absolutely pathetic and super unprofessional

These guys are top notch.One of the best agencies I’ve known. Got me a great job to start up my work life in Hull. Currently working with them and it’s been amazing experience.They respond speedily to my request and ensure that I am happy with my shifts.
