Chuckaburger

Ordered tonight at the Gun Brewery. Love making smash burgers so was keen to try some from a professional outfit. The three of us ordered a 4 patty burger at £13 each.Sadly all three of our burgers were almost inedible due to the sheer amount of fat present. The bottom buns on each were completely drenched in fat and none of us enjoyed them.Maybe it's case they were busy and the orders were rushed but burgers simply shouldn't be served like this. Just drain some fat off!!Oh and why no proper system for people collecting orders?! Order numbers or names called rather than say to come back in 15/20 mins (when your burger may have been sat on the side open for some time by the time you come to collect)Sadly a disappointment and I won't be ordering again.

We had 2 vegan burgers from the food truck at the Brighton Bier Brewery. OMG, they were the best burgers we’ve had in a long time. Melty vegan cheese, brioche, gherkins, crispy onions and burger sauce. Classic. We will definitely be having them again. Thanks, Chuckaburger!

The best smash burgers in Brighton, prepared with love, and you can taste it. Had them again yesterday at the Bison Hove pop up, and couldn’t resist to have a second one.Highly recommended

After long discussions we have clarified this is the best burger we have ever had when they were at the beak brewery in Lewes.My husband had the curry crisp and he is still talking about it 3 months later

Just had a signature chuka burger whatever was in it was really salty.. I like salt but had to spit it out.. the beef seemed alright the brioche seemed almost soggy not toasted so that is a not again from me! Not worth 8 quid regardless

Best burger in Hove, i love finishing work and swinging by for a bite and a chat. so friendly. really nice atmosphere.

We used Chuckaburger at a party for forty thirteen year olds and their parents - the guys were friendly, helpful and patient and I overheard several people saying they were the best burgers they’d ever had (me included!!!). Thank you for stunning food and amazing service - would definitely use again ….. and again!!!
