Drug and Alcohol Treatment Center

We have been using the guys at iAutoUK for our company car servicing now for 3 years. They consistently provide excellent customer service and at considerably cheaper prices than our local dealer could. As a business it was incredibly important that our cars were maintained to warranty standards and that our staff received courtesy cars if required. Amie is our consultant and has always gone the extra mile to ensure we have been kept happy which on one occasion even meant collecting a baby seat for one of our staff from her home when she realised she had forgotten to bring it on the day she arranged her service! In my opinion this business is a brilliant example of what a local independent should be, professional, capable and attentive to customer requirements. Clearly we are fans of iAutoUK and wish all the team the very best with their future plans.

RECENTLY I TOOK MY BMW THERE FOR A SERVICE AND THERE WERE HUGE PROBLEMS AND ISSUES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!................................FIRSTLY CHEAP OIL WAS USED, ALSO FILTERS WERE NOT CHANGED- AS I MARKED THEM, FINALLY THEY COULD NOT RESET MY SERVICE INDICATOR & TOLD ME TO GET IT DONE FROM MAIN DEALERS- AND THEY WOULD REFUND ME, WHEN I RETURNED THEY REFUSED & TOLD ME TO HAVE IT AS CREDIT!!!!,WHAT A BUNCH OF LIARS AND CHEATS- NEVER GO THERE AGAIN, GAVE ME A HARD TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!........................DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE, STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do not go to this Place!!!!, got a turbo fitted to my vw golf by this place which only lasted 7,000 miles!!!!, basically got ROBBED!!!!. I think they fitted a refurbished turbo instead of a brand new one, aftercare was rubbish- got alot of attitude of owner who has no customer skills, I would not recommend this place to anybody, prices are not much cheaper than main dealer, DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE & WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN OR RECOMMEND TO ANYBODY!!!

the best garage i've used yet! over the past few years i've tried main dealers as well as local garages and have been disappointed every time. The main dealers astound me with their level of arrogance and costly repair suggestions. The local garages, whilst usually friendly, often didn't have the right equipment and ended up referring me back the the main dealer. Finally a friend recommended iAutoUK having been impressed with a recent repair they'd had. What a refreshing change, complete professionals from start to finish, comprehensive reports and lots of money saving suggestions. As a working mum they made it completely hassle free to service my car by collecting it from my house ( they even recognised the fact they needed to work around my school run commitments!!). Great garage, great service cant recommend highly enough!!

Had our Mercedes A class serviced end of January 2014. We were informed by Raj at IAuto Coventry of the need for two front tyres at a future date, as there was sufficient tread for 3000/4000 miles of use. However when we took it for its MOT 5 weeks later after doing only 450 miles it failed it's MOT and had to purchase two new front tyres from the MOT station. We were told if we had been stopped by the police it could have incurred a £2000 fine plus 6 points on a licence. Contacted IAuto Coventry, after several phone calls, eventually speaking to the manager Melisa Fox, (not sure if there is any connection with the founder Andy Fox) we explained and said we relied on them to give us their expertise and they had let us down, she said Raj was no longer was there, she did not really want to know, she was not at all pleasant. This was our second service, we didn't bother looking at the paperwork in great detail as we thought they were the experts, we had nothing to worry about, but after this we compared this year with last year’s info. on the tyres, it seems we had more wear left on this year than last year. Sent emails to both IAuto Coventry and Andy Fox middle of March but still have had no reply. NO WAY WOULD WE USE THEM AGAIN.
