Visited for dinner and drink, did not disappoint. Very warm and welcoming atmosphere, the staff were really friendly and helpful. I had the steak and ale pie which came with excellent traditionally cooked chips (so crispy and tender) and mushy peas and gravy. It was delicious. A special mention should go to Liam behind the bar, very friendly and professional, a credit to the pub. Thank you.

Ample sized car park, store layout - easy to navigate, friendly staff, great customer service. Brilliant variety of products, love the fresh fruit and veg, cooked meats. Ideal for a weekly shop. Sanitize your hands and trolley before you enter.

Went for LPG and decided to check out the shop while we were there. I used to be a frequent shopper at Morrisons but was driven away by the prices. Nothing had changed, and it was obvious by the stock levels on the shelves, I'm not the only one that thinks that way. Went in with an empty basket to this superstore and came out with the same basket, empty.

Absolutely wonderful experience in here this morning work the sweetest cashier. All smiles, very welcoming and lovely conversation. This lady is a gem and wish Morrisons had more like her!

We stopped off at the greenock store and had a bite to eat in the restaurant, noticed the cup warmer was switch off, the member of staff was useless, he also needed switching on. Made a complete balls up of the order, missing a meal, extra items we didn't pay for. the female restaurant manager has an appallingly and unprofessional manner. Male toilet was out of order, in all it was very poor experience and even worse customer service. A definitive need for training was clearly identified.

Done a click n collect for cat food.Got £7 off a £25 spend. Great deal.Excellent service. The guy who brought our goods to the car was very friendly, pleasant & cheerful. Will definitely do this again

Bought a bottle at self checkout, they came and checked my ID, didn't bother taking the tag off the bottle. When I realized this and brought the bottle back they said there is nothing they can do. Staff ignore customers waiting for service for up to 15 minutes to sit and chat between themselves.

Just took a tumble at the door. I was looked after with very quickly by the staff inside, including a trained first aider. They could not have done more to check I was ok. Thank you for so much care and attention.
