One of the best in-shop experience ever: despite arriving in the shop at the last minute(it really was after hours on Friday afternoon), Ben has sorted out my shopping list (adjusting the amount of products I would need) and offered so much great advice!Couldn't be more grateful!Lots of knowledge, great service and all the products all in one place.I will be recommending your shop (and Ben) to any of my mates in need of roofing products!

A really good company.Ben, the guy behind the counter, was unbelievably helpful. He took the time to listen to what i wanted to do then explained exactly what products I needed despite being in the middle of moving to a new location. He was such a nice chap!As other reviewers have mentioned the prices were better than on-line suppliers with the added benefit of Ben's expertise. I'll certainly buy from them again.

Popped in to the fibreglass shop and spoke to Ben, whilst on a job in Westminster. We hadn’t been supplied enough materials by a contract company but wanted to get the job finished. Ben went above and beyond to help us out, giving both knowledge and advice and getting together everything we needed. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with him and should we ever require anything else, wouldn’t think twice about going there. Job completed on time, happy customer; happy me. Thanks very much.

I’ve shopped in Harrods before and if that’s considered luxury, Ben at the Fibreglass Shop blows it right out of the water. I have never received a service as thorough and considerate as what Ben provided. He spent a lot of time with me on the phone and in person explaining the different epoxy options I had and what would be most suitable for my application (clear coating a bare steel narrowboat), having double checked with the manufacturer. He even produced a few samples of the product on different surfaces so that I could see them to make sure that’s what I wanted.Ben made himself available at times of day that no other shop would ever do and I could clearly see that he genuinely cares about the customer. He puts himself into their shoes and really puts their interests above any of his own. I honestly have never experienced a service like this before and am grateful for the experience, even just to know that people like him exist! To top it all off, when he delivered the epoxy to my location on the river (a courier couldn’t do that!), he said I only needed 4 tins instead of the 5 I originally planned to get. I can’t recommend him enough, have been raving on about it to my friends and anyone who’ll listen.If you’re looking for fibreglass products and epoxy, this is the one place to go to. I just can’t imagine how you can beat a level of service like this. Thanks again to Ben and the people behind the shop.

By far Brentford’s best shop… master of all things fibreglass related and also stocks really good rollers for 2 pac epoxy painting. Very reasonably priced and open weekdays. Very knowledgeable guy when it comes to advice on what best product to use x

Genuinely the best customer experience ever - Ben spent hours helping me with all the technicalities for my project, and even introduced me to a friend who helped with the finishing and painting side of the work. As a beginner with fibreglass and resin he explained everything and we went through all the different options. I would recommend to everyone. The prices are also very reasonable.

I tried several suppliers and I would have no hesitation in recommending these guys. The quality of the products and prices are unmatched, the advice is second to none and nothing is too much trouble for them to help you with your project. Ben, who I dealt, with made sure I had everything I needed for a pond fiberglassing project and all the advice I needed, in plain simple terms.The job could have gone terribly wrong, had I gone elsewhere. The waxless resin made life a lot easier (no sanding needed to go on to overlaps with matting) . In the end I now feel I have a much better finished job than I would have with another supplier.Thanks to everyone at the fiberglass shop

I've now been to The Fibre Glass Shop for 3 different projects, having started as a total novice. The service and advice here could not be surpassed. Not only was I provided with all the materials and tools I needed, but also all the advice necessary for me to have confidence to carry out the jobs. A truly great and friendly service all at really competitive prices.

I have used this shop for several years but more so recently.Not only are their prices reasonable but Ben, in addition to his helpful modus operandi, has a fantastic in-depth knowledge of the vast range of epoxy products and techniques.I had an unusual request today and before I got to the shop Ben had undertaken a small test mix to ensure the product was ideal...which it was.No-one at the DIY chains has this technical skill or available range of products.....or a Ben!David Sewell

I went to Ben’s shop on a recommendation and needed some advice. Ben took time to explain the pros and cons of what I’d planned to do and suggested a great alternative. Ben was patient, generous with his time and expertise and also extremely generous to other customers while I was there.
