My dad was told that the carpet would turn up at 9.30 today. After leaving it until 10 o'clock to ring back to see where it was he was told it would be there for dinner time. After 1 o'clock my dad rung to see where the carpet was . Again he was told it would be here for 2.15 but there was no guarantee . So at 1.20 the fitters came to put the grippers down but no carpet. They were asked where the carpet was to be told that it was still on the van and it could be 2.30 or later when it turns up. My dad is a 93 year old man who is not very mobile. He doesn't like anyone coming after 3 because he gets scared of answering the door after then. I rung their customer service and to be honest the lady was abrupt and rude saying she couldn't understand why my dad wanted to cancel as the fitters were there to do the prep work. I explained because he had been told different times throughout the day. I would not recommend this company at all

Sorted straight away with coir matting but they only take cash or bank transfers, so had to go to the nearest ATM .

Terrible customer service, disrespectful, leave the house a tip and they will damage the paint on your walls and skirting boards. Management don’t care if you have photographs of damage and wont offer any resolution for the damages caused by their fitters.

I’ve used Harrison’s a few times now for hard wearing flooring in work places, the prices are always very competitive and the quality high. This time we used them for a stairway at home, great advice from Emma, carpet picked, a few hours later Ken turned up to measure up and the next morning Nick fitted it. Done. Just had our whole house re-carpeted and I couldn't fault these at all! I was sceptical when choosing a carpet company as I had nobody to compare to, no recommendations so you never know what your going to get but honestly, the service we received from beginning to end was lovely. All very friendly and real advise was given (not trying to upsell) and the guys that came to fit were very friendly, respectable of our home and completed the job at a really high standard. We couldn't fault it at all. Thanks so much. Definately recommend.

Used to use this company years ago. Stopped due to the different staff giving different quotes(1 always higher than the last) and always and excuse as to why. Also the fitters back then were messy and used to smoke in the multiple jobs they did for me. Anyway a friend talked me into trying them again so a couple of weeks ago I went and saw a nice carpet for £12 a yard. As I walked around I saw the woman take the price tag off. She went on to say the same carpet was £15 a yard but if I wanted it today she would do it for £13 a yard. Here's the best bit. I went back in this week and there it was. The same carpet with the original price tag at £12 a yard. I took pics just incase she tried haggle again.
